Objective:By detecting the expression level of hsacirc0094885 in the plasma of children,and analyzing whether there was a difference in the expression of Kawasaki disease and control group.SPSS software was used to analyze the correlation between the expression level of hsacirc0094885 in plasma and laboratory test results in acute stage of Kawasaki disease.Moreover,This study aims to find a new potential biomarker of Kawasaki disease in early stage and discuss the possible role of hsacirc0094885 in plasma in the pathogenesis of Kawasaki disease.Methods:(1)The specimens were 23 children diagnosed with Kawasaki disease,including blood samples from acute and convalescent stages,clinical symptoms and laboratory auxiliary examination data,and then 20 infected children and 20 non infected children of the same age were selected as the control group.(2)The levels of hsacirc0094885 in plasma of all groups were compared and analyzed by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction detection.(3)To explore the potential relationship between the expression level of hsacirc0094885 in plasma and laboratory test results,we used the SPSS software to analyze.The receiver operating characteristics curves were constructed for evaluating the diagnostic value of hsacirc0094885 in plasma of acute stage of Kawasaki disease.Results:(1)The expression level of hsacirc0094885 in plasma of acute stage of Kawasaki disease patients were significantly lower than that in control groups.(2)the expression level of hsacirc0094885 in plasma of convalescent stage of Kawasaki disease was significantly higher than in the acute stage patients.(3)There were negative correlations between plasma hsacirc0094885 and WBC,CRP,PCT,N-proBNP,NEUT,D-D,IL-6 and SAA(P<0.05),positive correlation between plasma hsacirc0094885 and PAB.(4)The area under ROC curve of hsacirc0094885 in acute Kawasaki disease plasma was 0.763,the standard error was 0.072,the 95%confidence interval was 0.621~0.905,the cut-off value was 0.46,the sensitivity was 78.26%,and the specificity was 78.57%.Conclusion:(1)The expression level of hsacirc0094885 in plasma of acute stage of Kawasaki disease was significantly lower than that in control group,suggesting that plasma hsacirc0094885 may be a new diagnostic biomarker for Kawasaki disease.(2)Plasma hsacirc0094885 in convalescent stage of Kawasaki disease was significantly higher than that in acute stage of Kawasaki disease,suggesting that it may be involved in the pathogenesis of Kawasaki disease and could evaluate the therapeutic effect of Kawasaki disease.(3)Due to there existed correlations between plasma hsacirc0094885 and WBC,CRP,PCT,NEUT,IL-6 and PAB,it’s suggesting that the expression level of inflammatory factors may be changed after affecting the inflammatory signaling pathway.
