Influencing Factors And Realization Path Of The Development Of Community Model Of Sports Medicine Integration ——Ualitative Comparative Analysis Based On FsQca

Problems such as an aging population and the spread of chronic diseases are becoming increasingly serious,and a single medical approach cannot meet the diverse health needs of the people.Since 2016,the state has issued a series of health documents pointing out the need to strengthen physical and non-medical health interventions,fully affirming the importance of physical and medical integration.Community is the main place for residents’ daily activities,and it is of great significance to integrate physical medicine into community for disease prevention,treatment and rehabilitation.Based on coordination theory and complex adaptive system theory,this study identified the influencing factors of the community model of sports and medicine integration,and explored its realization path by using fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis（fs QCA）.Using the literature material method to fusion medical literature and collaborative governance,complex adaptive system theory to comb,analyzing the influence factors of affecting body medical integration development,clear body medical fusion,body fusion community medical model of core concept,clarify the applicability of the theory of related with body fusion community medical mode,lay the foundation for follow-up study.Content analysis method and visual analysis method were used to determine the influencing factors of the development of community model of sports medicine integration.At the same time,qualitative comparative analysis is used to analyze the necessity and configuration of the influencing factors,and then the concrete realization path of the development of the community model of sports and medicine integration is put forward.The results show: 1.Although the policy supply condition,multi-subject participation condition,internal facilities condition,relevant personnel condition and idea-promoting condition cannot become the necessary conditions for the development of sports medicine integration community model,they all have a positive impact on the development of sports medicine integration community model.Among them,policy supply condition and internal facility condition have strong explanatory power to the development result of community model.2.There are three ways to promote the development of the sports and medical integration community model,namely "policy support","service driven" and "concept guided".Based on the above results and the actual situation of the development of the integrated medicine community model,the realization path is proposed: 1.Through strengthening the cohesion and integration of policies,building collaborative governance mechanism and improving the systematic and specific supporting system system;2.To improve the awareness of coordination between sports and medical departments,give play to various forces such as grassroots organizations,and realize the collaborative participation of multiple subjects;3.Establish a functional community sports and medical integration service center,build a common and shared big data service platform,and strengthen the supporting role of technical facilities;4.Change the traditional talent training mode,introduce and train the compound talents of physical and medical integration through multiple channels;5.Build a platform for the popularization of knowledge of physical and medical integration,and deepen the concept of health promotion of physical and medical integration by relying on basic education.In order to provide reference for the community model of physical and medical integration to remove obstacles and efficient development.
