Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with breast duct perfusion and Sancai therapy in the treatment of acute inflammation of lactating mastitis. Methods:The subjects of this study were selected from the patients in the breast clinic of the Department of traditional Chinese medicine of the first hospital of Jilin University.88 patients with acute inflammatory mastitis who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the ratio of 1:1 by using the random number table method. The patients in both groups were treated with manual massage of breast to eliminate the accumulated milk and health education of lactation mastitis. The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with this research method.24 hours later, the body temperature, blood leukocyte count(WBC),percentage of neutrophils(NETU%),C-reactive protein(CRP),breast pain score(VAS),breast mass size,The differences in the red range of breast skin, anxiety score, depression score and TCM symptom score, and it is necessary to closely observe whether there is any discomfort during the treatment. Results:After statistical analysis, the age, pregnancy and childbirth history and onset time of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(1)The total effective rate of the two groups was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was80.95% and that of the control group was 21.95%.(2)The serum inflammatory indexes(CRP,WBC,NEUT%),breast pain score(VAS score),breast mass size and skin redness range in the observation group were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),(3)After treatment, the total score of TCM symptoms and the specific score of TCM single symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The total score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)The patients’ systemic symptoms(body temperature, chilly fever, head and body pain, thirst)and the single score of anxiety and depression were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with breast duct drug perfusion and Sancai therapy in the treatment of acute inflammation of lactating mastitis is accurate. It can not only reduce the body temperature and increase the body temperature of patients, but also restore the serum inflammation level of patients to normal. It can also reduce breast pain and improve traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, maternal anxiety and depression. The cure time is short, the curative effect shows greater advantages, and there are no serious adverse reactions in the research process,It shows that this scheme can safely and effectively treat patients with acute inflammation of lactating mastitis, which is worthy of wide promotion.
