Objective:In this study,we compared radiofrequency thermocoagulation of thoracic sympathetic nerve with drugs in the treatment of spinal atypical precordial pain, and observed the degree of precordial pain, frequency and duration of attack, and improvement of chest tightness in the two groups after treatment.to evaluate the clinical efficacy of radiofrequency thermocoagulation thoracic sympathetic nerve therapy, and to compare the clinical efficacy of radiofrequency thermocoagulation thoracic sympathetic nerve and conventional drugs in the treatment of spinal-related atypical precordial pain. And improve the quality of life of these patients to the greatest extent. Methods:In this study,a retrospective cohort study was used to review the cases of atypical precordial pain treated in China-Japan Friendship Hospital of Jilin University from October 2019 to October 2021.Sixty-three patients who met the requirements were included and divided into two groups:radio frequency group(n = 34)treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation of thoracic sympathetic nerve and oral crown expanding drug group(n = 29).The basic data of the two groups, the degree of precordial pain, frequency and duration of attack, chest tightness, shortness of breath improvement and adverse reactions in the course of treatment were analyzed and compared between the two groups. The basic data include: gender composition(male / female),age, time of medical history(month)and so on.The degree of precordial pain before and after treatment was evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS).The combined symptoms such as chest tightness, shortness of breath before and after treatment were expressed by score: 0 point(symptom complete relief),1 point(symptom relief was obvious),2 point(symptom relief was not obvious). Before treatment, these patients improved the anterior and lateral position of thoracic vertebrae,CT of thoracic vertebrae, routine electrocardiogram, cardiac color Doppler ultrasound, coronary artery CTA or coronary angiography.Results:1.Radiofrequency thermocoagulation of thoracic sympathetic nerve in the treatment of atypical precordial pain associated with spinal lesions, the degree of precordial pain, attack frequency and attack time after treatment were lower than those before, and the effect was better than that of drug treatment group.2.Radiofrequency thermocoagulation of thoracic sympathetic nerve in the treatment of atypical precordial pain associated with spinal lesions, chest tightness, shortness of breath and other symptoms after treatment were better than those before treatment and better than those in the drug treatment group.3.Radiofrequency thermocoagulation of thoracic sympathetic nerve in the treatment of atypical precordial pain associated with spinal lesions, and there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between radiofrequency thermocoagulation and drug therapy. Conclusion:Radiofrequency thermal coagulation of thoracic sympathetic nerves has high safety and is more effective than drug therapy in improving clinical symptoms of atypical precordial pain associated with spinal lesions. As a new method for the treatment of spinal-related atypical precordial pain,It is worth studying and promoting.
