Objective:By comparing the differences in clinical dosimetry of domestic and imported precision radiotherapy equipment at various stages of cervical cancer, the advantages and disadvantages of domestic precision radiotherapy equipment will be clarified, and the application of domestic equipment will be clarified. The basis for dosimetry was provided. Methods:Thirty patients with Ia-III level of cervical cancer who were admitted to the Department of Radiotherapy Hospital of Jilin University Clinic from1 January 2021 to April 1,2021 were recruited and the eligible patients were divided into early cervical cancer postoperative treatment groups(15cases)and locally advanced cervical cancer patients without surgery(15cases),two groups of IMRT plans were designed with domestic equipment and imported equipment, respectively, and the two groups of plans were statistically analyzed according to the dose volume histogram(DVH).The dosimetric parameters of the target volume and the organ at risk related dose indicators are calculated, and the target volume conformity index(CI)and dose uniformity index(HI)are calculated, and Finally, the beam time is roughly calculated by comparing the machine hops(MU,Monitor Units)of radiotherapy plan of domestic equipment and imported equipment.Results:1.Regardless of the operation group or the non-operation group, the domestic group plan and the imported group plan can make the target area of the clinical plan meet the prescribed dose requirements, and the CI,HI,mean dose Dmean, maximum dose Dmax, and minimum dosage of the imported group was better than the domestic group And the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.In the protection of organs at risk in the non-operated group, the imported group had lower volume of rectal V40 and V50 than the domestic group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dose increase showed obvious advantages; For bilateral femoral heads, the lowdose area V5、V10 domestic group plan was better than the imported group plan, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the high-dose area such as V40、 V50 dose parameters In terms of plan, the imported group had a lower volume, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.In terms of the protection of organs at risk in the operation group, the V20、V30、V40 and V50 of the imported group were better than those of the domestic group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The group plan was better than the import group plan, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the imported group of V30、V40 and V50 in the high-dose area had obvious advantages over the domestic group.4.The number of machine hops of treatment plan in the domestic group was significantly lower than that in the imported group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.001).Conclusions:1.In terms of target dose parameters, domestic radiotherapy equipment basically meets the needs of different stages of cervical cancer radiotherapy, but imported radiotherapy equipment has better conformity and uniformity.2.In terms of organs at risk, the bladder and bilateral femoral heads in the non-operated group basically met the clinical needs, and the rectum could meet the clinical treatment needs under further conditions. The rectum and bladder in the operation group basically met the clinical needs, and the bilateral femoral heads could meet the clinical treatment needs under further conditions.3.Imported radiotherapy equipment has obvious advantages in highdose areas of organs at risk, while domestic radiotherapy equipment has obvious advantages in protection of low-dose areas.
