The Pharmaceutical Study On Compound Yangshen Capsule

In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy,people are facing various pressures while working and living.In this situation,people are increasingly prone to mental fatigue,physical fatigue,waist and knee soreness and other symptoms occur frequently,which often leads to a decline in people’s quality of life,poor work performance,and more negative emotions,which seriously affects people’s normal life and work.Compound yangshen capsule is mainly composed of rana wood seed,ginseng,longan meat and yam,the compound preparation can play a spleen,kidney,qi and other effects,can be used to relieve mental fatigue,enhance human immunity,so it can improve fatigue,waist and knee soreness,dizziness and sleepiness and other fatigue symptoms.In order to better develop and utilize this compound preparation,a systematic study on its extraction process,molding process and quality standard was carried out in this paper.Objective:Screening the scientific and reasonable preparation conditions of compound Yangshen capsule,and developing accurate and reliable quality testing standards,preliminary study on the stability of compound Yangshen capsule,to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent in-depth research and expansion of production.Method:Through literature review,water extraction process was determined to extract ginseng and longan meat,orthogonal experiment was designed to screen out the best extraction process of ginseng and longan,and Rana wood seed and Yam were used in the form of powder.The type and amount of auxiliary materials needed for capsule molding were screened,and the best molding process was determined according to the results of each inspection item.After that,the quality standard of compound Yangshen capsules formed under the best technology was studied,and the water content,volume difference and disintegration time of the product were investigated according to the pharmacopoeia method.Ginseng,longan and Yam in capsules were identified by TLC.HPLC method was used to determine the contents of three ginsenosides in compound Yangshen capsule.Finally,the preliminary stability of compound Yangshen capsule was investigated,and the influence of high temperature,high humidity and light on the stability of the capsule was investigated.Results: Orthogonal experiment was designed to get the results.The three indexes of total ginsenoside content,total polysaccharide content and extract rate were comprehensively scored.The optimal extraction process was as follows: adding14 times of water,decocting and extracting 3 times,1.5h each time.After filtration,extract was combined,and the extract was heated and dried to obtain dry paste.The dry cream powder was mixed evenly with the yam and rana wood seeds in the prescription,sucrose and talcum powder were added,and the soft material was evenly sprayed with 50% ethanol solution,granulated,dried at 35℃ for 2h,and filled,and the compound Yangshen capsule was obtained.Ginseng,longan and Yam in this preparation were qualitatively identified by TLC.The results of water content,volume difference and disintegration time limit of the capsule all conform to the requirements of pharmacopoeia.The content determination method established in this paper and the results of the methodology meet the requirements,and can be used for the content determination of three ginsenosides.At the same time,the preliminary stability test results show that the capsule has good stability.Conclusion:In this paper,the optimal extraction process of ginseng and longan in compound Yangshen capsules was obtained,and the optimal molding process of compound Yangshen capsules was determined.All inspection items were in line with the provisions of pharmacopoeia,and the compound Yangshen capsules had good technological stability.In this paper,the quality standard was established for the determination of the active components in compound Yangshen capsules.The liquid chromatographic conditions were accurate and reliable,which could accurately and efficiently monitor the quality of compound Yangshen capsules,providing a reliable reference basis for further research and production.
