Background:In recent years, allergic rhinitis(AR)has become an increasingly common disease and has attracted widespread attention.Air pollutants and pollen,as the main factors leading to allergic rhinitis, have a serious impact on the health of local residents because of their inevitable recurring characteristics year after year(1).The concentration and types of pollen and air pollutants vary greatly in different regions. So far,we have not found any report on the analysis of the influencing factors and their correlation of the medical treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis in Changchun.Purpose:To investigate and analyze the factors affecting the diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis patients in Changchun and the correlation between these factors and allergic rhinitis,so as to guide the clinical prevention, diagnosis and treatment and health education of allergic rhinitis patients. Methods and Materials:By collecting the data of patients who visited the nasal clinic of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology head and Neck Surgery in our hospital from April to September2021,the data of patients suspected to be allergic rhinitis, and the data of pollen concentration,PM2.5 concentration and PM 10 concentration in Changchun during the corresponding period,SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the data, and the relationship between data groups was analyzed.Spearman correlation analysis was used,r represented correlation coefficient, and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results:Pollen concentration in Changchun area was the highest from April to September,April to May and August to September in 2021.During the same period, the number of patients suspected to be allergic rhinitis in the nasal Outpatient department of otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery in our hospital also increased correspondingly, which was positively correlated with pollen concentration. In terms of air pollution,PM2.5 and PM10 concentrations both reached their highest values in April, and then gradually decreased.During this period, the number of nasal outpatient visits also decreased with the decrease of PM2.5 and PM10 concentrations, showing a positive correlation.
