| Hospital informatization is the core content of the medical and health industry and an important source of data for health system in China.With the continuous deepening of information technology in grass-roots work and government management,especially in the comprehensive penetration of public health,the construction of information technology has had a profound impact on the hospital management system.People’s demand for the quality of medical services is getting higher and higher.How to use information technology to solve the contradiction between people’s increasing medical and health demand and uneven distribution of medical resources has always been the top priority of current medical and health work.The informatization construction of public hospitals should actively adapt to the requirements of the era of high-quality development,apply advanced information technology,build an information integration platform,and realize the dataization,intelligence and interconnection of medical services.Through the in-depth application of informatization in all aspects of the development of public hospitals,the core competitiveness of the hospital’s own development will be continuously improved.The promulgation of "Standards and Specifications for National Hospital Informatization Construction" helps hospitals to gradually improve data standardization and initially realize the overall framework of my country’s hospital informatization system.The state has carried out the evaluation of interconnection standardization maturity level by level according to the hospital level,and the orderly development and application of hospital informatization in my country has been improved as a whole.The development of the grading evaluation of the application level of the electronic medical record system in my country has strengthened the close integration of the application of electronic information technology and clinical medical practice.The strategic orientation of the "14th Five-Year Plan" has put forward new requirements in terms of informatization,which has comprehensively promoted the informatization construction of public hospitals in my country.On the basis of literature analysis,this paper selects Z Hospital as the research object among the representative public hospitals in Jilin Province,and conducts a field investigation on Z Hospital.The main subjects of the study were patients who were treated in the outpatient department of the Z hospital,patients who were hospitalized in the Z hospital,and the clinical medical staff working in the Z hospital.Firstly,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the satisfaction of the above three types of respondents on the effectiveness of the informatization construction of Z Hospital,and then the survey results were further calculated using statistical methods.Through the periodic analysis of the development process of the informatization construction of Z Hospital,as well as the research on the integration effect between various information systems,the management mode and standardized policies given to public hospitals by domestic and foreign governments are compared,and the satisfaction of both doctors and patients for informatization is combined.After scientific calculation and further analysis,theoretical results with universality and reliability are obtained.According to the actual situation and data results of the public hospital,it summarizes several aspects that need to be strengthened or improved in the current development of the hospital,and accordingly puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the information construction of public hospitals: such as promoting the construction of talent teams,implementing information Human resource allocation;policy-oriented incentives for development,macro-control of informatization construction process;improvement of information laws and regulations,and improvement of information security protection and supervision system;implementation of rating and evaluation standards to enhance the maturity of interconnection standardization;service mode,etc.Through the research on the informatization construction of Z hospital,the standardized content that needs to be implemented in the future development of public hospitals in Jilin Province is clarified.factors that have significant impact on outcomes.At the same time,it demonstrates the practicability and applicability of medical informatization in a general sense,and provides some reference and experience for the sustainable development of other domestic public hospitals. |
