In China,cerebrovascular diseases ranks first among all kinds of diseases every year.As a safe,noninvasive,cheap and radiation-free medical imaging equipment.In cardiovascular diseases,Ultrasound plays a very important role.However,the autocorrelation blood flow velocity estimation method used in commercial ultrasound machines at this stage has the limitation of sound beam blood flow angle,and can not display the blood flow most completely in the diagnosis of some diseases.In this paper,the application feasibility of speckle tracking algorithm in blood flow motion estimation is studied in depth,and its application effectiveness is verified in ultrasound data.The capital study is as follows:(1)In this paper,a digital blood flow simulator is designed and made.Referring to the real blood vessel data,the moving direction and speed of the scattering source are simulated,and the blood flow simulator data sequence is made.In this paper,the digital simulation of carotid advection and the digital simulation of carotid bifurcation are made to support the feasibility of subsequent algorithm application.(2)On the basis of full search block matching,a scattering source sequence tracking method based on adaptive cross search matching.This article also uses Kalman filters to enhance matching accuracy.Firstly,the feasibility of the algorithm is verified by ultrasonic image sequence.By constructing a digital simulator,the simulator is simulated with Field II simulation software,and the blood flow movement in the digital simulator is cross verified with ultrasonic blood flow image sequence tracking.(3)In this paper,the ARPS algorithm(Adapitive Rood Pattern Search)is selected as the basic algorithm for speckle tracking by comparing the full search algorithm,that is,several improved algorithms.In addition,he proposed a carotid Doppler axillary contrast pattern blood flow motion estimation algorithm based on ARPS combined with direction gradient histogram,and designed experiments and do experiments on real Doppler phantom.Firstly,the image was enhanced by denoising method,and the enhanced image was estimated by ARPS algorithm,and the direction direction correction was performed by using the direction gradient histogram method,and finally the blood flow motion tracking results were displayed in the original angiography image.In this paper,the possibility and effectiveness of speckle tracking algorithm in ultrasound blood flow estimation are verified by tracking estimation of self-made digital phantom blood flow and blood flow data collected in experiments.The algorithm is applied to the eddy current estimation at the carotid artery fork and the blood flow velocity estimation in the contrast mode,which verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm for the actual application scenario of blood flow velocity estimation.
