Medical staff is an important participant in the medical and health industry.They shoulder the mission of saving the dying and healing the wounded.At present,most medical colleges and universities pay attention to medical students’ professional knowledge and clinical practice and operation ability,The content of cultivating medical ethics is limited to the explanation of simple concepts in class,which makes the content and form of medical ethics cultivation single.As one of the main teaching forms,practice teaching should cultivate good professional ethics quality in practice teaching,enrich the situation and content of medical ethics education,and carry out medical ethics education extensively in medical colleges and universities.Based on the fully absorb the ideological and political education,ethics,psychology and other disciplines based on content,with the method of questionnaire survey,in Anhui Medical University,for example,to deal with later data analysis,briefly the concept,to find the medical ethics education present situation and causes in current practice teaching link,seek medical ethics in the practice teaching link to cultivate the most effective solution.This paper is divided into four parts.Part I: Introduction.This paper expounds the background and significance of the topic selection,research situation at home and abroad,research methods and innovation.The second part: the necessity of medical ethics training in the practice teaching of medical students.From the simple to the deep,the concept of practice teaching is expounded in sections,and then the important significance of medical ethics training for medical students,medical industry and social development is launched.The third part:the current situation and causes of medical ethics training in the practice teaching of medical students.On the basis of summarizing the achievements of the current medical ethics training,this part takes Anhui Medical University as an example to analyze the survey data,analyze the problems existing in the medical ethics training in the practice teaching link and explain the causes of these problems.The fourth part:the training path of medical ethics in the practice teaching of medical students.This part is divided into the search for the best way,the practice teaching link is divided into three links of school experiment,hospital practice,social practice,in each link to find the system,teacher team construction,medical students and other aspects of the best way to cultivate medical ethics.Through the methods of text analysis and investigation,and on the basis of summarizing the current research situation of relevant scholars on medical ethics education,this paper finds out the lack of medical ethics training in the practice teaching link,making the cultivation of medical ethics in the practice teaching link more targeted and timeliness.The cultivation of medical ethics in the practice teaching of medical students is not only an important link to realize the all-round development of medical students,but also the only way to promote the healthy development of medical industry and social harmony.Therefore,it is imperative to cultivate medical ethics in the practice teaching of medical students.
