Clinical Practice Of Invisalign Technique In Adults With Mild To Moderate Skeletal Class Ⅲ Malocclusion

Objective In this study,oral surface tomography plate（panoramic radiograph）,skull lateral position plate（lateral cephalogram）and related head shadow measurement system were combined,For patients with mild to moderate skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion deformity using digital invisible technology（Invisalign Technique）and MBT straight wire arch technology,respectively,Clinical analysis of the orthodontic efficacy,To explore the changes in bone,tooth,and soft tissue before and after adult Skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion therapy,To assess the differences between the different orthodontic techniques,In particular,the clinical efficacy of the new invisible correction technology in complex types of mismatch correction,In order to provide a certain reference for the future orthodontic treatment.Methods According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,24 patients with mild to moderate Skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion were selected in Stomatological Hospital from August 2019 to August 2021,including 12 cases,three digital invisible therapy,18 to 51,average（30.83+10.91）,fixed technique（MBT）,10 women,19 to48,average（21.00+4.24）.According to the head lateral cephalogram before and after correction,the relevant head shadow measurement system was used to analyze the measurement indicators of soft and hard tissues,and compare the differences between the soft and hard tissues before and after the two correction techniques.Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS 26.0 software.Paired t-test was used for head shadow data before and after treatment.Two independent sample t-test was used for difference between two groups of measurement index and chi-square test was used for count data.P <0.05 was statistically significant.Results I.Changes of soft and hard tissues before and after correction in the group:a.Skeletal measurement items: in the observation group,SNA,ANB,MP-SN and MP-FH increased in the invisible correction group,the difference（P <0.05）;SNB and OP-SN were smaller,with statistical significance（P <0.05）;SNA,MP-SN,and axial angle increased in the MBT correction group,（P <0.05）.b.Dental measurement: U1-SN,L1-MP and wits in the observation group,and the difference was significant（P <0.05）;L1-MPmm,the difference was significant（P<0.05）.In the control group,U1-SN,L1-MPmm,L6-MPmm and wits values all increased after correction,and the difference was statistically significant（P <0.05）;c.Soft tissue measurement items:UL-EP increased in the observation group,and the difference was statistical significant（P <0.05）;LL-EP,FH-N ’Pog’,soft tissue,N’-Sn-Pog’ decreased,and the difference was statistical significant（P <0.05）.UL-EP and Z-angle were more significant（P <0.05）and LL-EP（P <0.05）.II.The therapeutic efficacy in the two groups were significantly different in soft and hard tissues,including U1-SN,L1-MP,surface axis angle,L6-MPmm,and LL-EP between the two groups（P <0.05）.The change of LL-EP in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,and less than that of U1-SN in the control group.Conclusion 1.The relationship between adult patients with mild and moderate Skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion has improved with two correction techniques.2.Digital invisible correction technology disguised treatment of Skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion in three direction control has more advantages than fixed correction technique.It can establish a good sexual relationship in the sagittal direction;the vertical upward direction can control the inclination of the jaw plane and the closing plane than the vertical direction;the horizontal relationship between the upper and lower dentition is coordinated,and establish the normal overlay relationship between the anterior and posterior teeth.3.In terms of soft tissue,digital invisible correction technology has a certain curative effect in changing the lateral appearance of patients,and its lower lip revenue has been significantly improved.
