Research On Health Care Service Demand Of The Elderly In Shenyang Based On Kano Model

Since the Concept of healthy aging was put forward by the World Health Organization（WHO）in 1990,how to better meet the diversified needs of the elderly for healthy elderly services has become the focus of all countries in the world to promote the adaptation of supply and demand of healthy elderly services and reduce the pressure of population aging.In this paper,the elderly in Shenyang as the research object,using field research to explore the level of health care service demand in line with the current situation of the elderly in Shenyang,to provide a theoretical basis for the optimization and improvement of the health care service system in Shenyang.This study draws lessons from Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,health equity theory,welfare pluralism theory and charm quality theory,and carries out research from the following aspects: First,to explore and analyze the current situation of population aging in Shenyang;Second,the development history and related policy contents of shenyang health care service system are sorted out,and the operating status and results of this system are analyzed.Third,field research was conducted on the elderly in Shenyang,and Kano model was used to classify the demand items of the results.SI and DI values in the Better-Worse coefficient analysis were used to analyze the overall dependence and expectation,and the specific requirements were sorted according to ASC coefficient.Fourthly,to construct the demand hierarchy of health care service in Shenyang and analyze the practical difficulties and deficiencies in the process of implementation;Fifth,according to the analysis results,summarize the relevant conclusions,and finally put forward the optimization and improvement of Shenyang health care service system countermeasures and suggestions.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: when optimizing the supply content of health care service for the aged in Shenyang,we should pay attention to the system design based on health care,with preventive health care and health care as the focus,and rehabilitation nursing,health education and spiritual consolation as the supplement.In order to improve the health care service system of Shenyang city,the first is to clarify the government’s position and responsibility content,encourage the orderly participation of multiple subjects;Second,we should innovate the "menu-style" service supply mode to promote the match between supply and demand of health elderly service.Third,improve the level of grassroots supply of old-age services to ensure the accessibility of old-age services;The fourth is to establish demand expression channels to obtain real dynamic demand;Fifth,to improve the industry personnel training mechanism,enhance the professional level of service personnel;Finally,to expand the publicity of the concept of health and elderly care,to build a friendly society for the elderly.
