Objective To investigate the relationship between serum histone deacetylase3(HDAC3),high mobility protein B1(HMGB-1)and the occurrence,development and structural remodeling of nonvalvular atrial fibrillation.Medthod Selected 166 patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from December 2019 to August 2021,among 98 men,of the 68 women,age(63.64 ± 10.87)years,patients with atrial fibrillation were divided into 3 groups according to the relevant guidelines of the European Association of Cardiology,in 42 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(Paroxysmal AF group),in 63 cases treated with persistent atrial fibrillation(Persistent AF group),there were 61 patients in the permanent atrial fibrillation group(Permanent AF group).Selected 50 healthy patients in the hospital for physical examination,was used as the control group,among 24 men,among the 26 women,age(63.40 ± 11.61)years.Sex,age,hypertension,diabetes,blood routine,creatinine,glutamaminase(ALT),glutamicum transaminase(AST),C reactive protein(CRP),cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),NT-pro BNP,left atrial diameter(LAD),left ventricular diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(EF%),HDAC3 and HMGB-1by enzyme adsorption(ELISA),SPSS25.0 was used to compare the differences between AF group,control group and different types of AF group and conduct correlation analysis,further explore the risk factors of non-valvular atrial fibrillation by binary logsitic regression analysis.Results 1.The LAD,LVEDD,HDAC3 and HMGB-1 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the Control Group(P<0.05).2.The levels of LAD,LVEDD,HDAC3 and HMGB-1 in different types of AF group were compared with those in permanent AF group > persistent AF > paroxysmal AF.3.Pearson Correlation Analysis showed that HDAC3 was positively correlated with LAD,LVEDD and HMGB-1,and HMGB-1 was positively correlated with LAD,LVEDD and HDAC3.4.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that LAD,HDAC3 and HMGB-1 were associated with atrial fibrillation.Conclusion 1.HDAC3 and HMGB-1 levels are related with the occurrence of atrial fibrillation and are independent risk factors for atrial fibrillation.2.HDAC3 and HMGB-1 levels were associated with AF disease progression and structural remodeling.
