Objective:To explore the expression of plasma exosomes Long non-coding RNA MEG3 in endometrial cancer and its relationship with pathological features of endometrial cancer. The predictive value of plasma exosome LncRNA MEG3 in the occurrence and development of endometrial cancer was preliminarily determined,so as to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment through quantitative observation of the expression of plasma exosome LncRNA MEG3.Methods:Plasma samples from 30 patients with endometrial cancer who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from January2021 to July 2021 were collected as experimental group, and plasma samples from 30 normal endometrial patients as control group.According to the pathological report provided by the Department of Pathology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College, the experimental group was divided into two groups.Grouping conditions were the risk factors of pathologically proven stage I endometrial cancer patients: 1.Older than 60 years old;2.Infiltration of deep muscle layer(>1/2);3.G2 /G3;Trial A included endometrial cancer patients with two or three high risk factors(13 cases),and trial B included none or only one high risk factor(17 cases). The expression efficiency of LncRNA MEG3 in plasma exosomes was detected, and the relationship between the expression efficiency of LncRNA MEG3 in plasma exosomes and pathological features of endometrial cancer was explored by comparing the data of the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the expression efficiency of plasma LncRNA MEG3 in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(1.63±0.30;14.21±2.59,P < 0.05),the expression efficiency of LncRNA MEG3 in plasma of exosome in experimental group A(patients with two or three high risk factors)was significantly lower than that in experimental group B(patients with no high risk factors or only one high risk factor)(0.23±0.06;2.03±0.56,P < 0.05).Conclusions: Plasma exosome LncRNA MEG3 is expected to be a biomarker for the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial cancer.
