| Objective:To study the pancreatic duct casting based on duct casting technique.Anatomic study of pancreatic duct of pancreatic branch.To provide assistance for basic and clinical research of pancreas.Methods:Sixteen cases of pancreatic duct casting specimens were made by tube casting technique.The parameters of the branch pancreatic duct of 16 pancreatic duct casting specimens were collected and statistically analyzed.Observe the distribution density and movement of pancreatic ducts in different parts of the pancreas.Results:1.Sixteen cases of pancreatic duct casting were made successfully.The main and auxiliary pancreatic ducts and branches of pancreatic ducts were clearly seen in all specimens.2.The length of the main pancreatic duct was 16.70~27.30cm with an average of 22.59±2.78cm.The length of the main pancreatic duct at the head of the pancreas was 2.90~5.00cm,with an average of 3.81±0.76cm.The pancreas body and tail are equal length and its main pancreatic duct length is 5.55~10.85cm and mean 8.04±1.35cm.There were 42~82 pancreatic ducts in primary branches,with an average of 63±10.The secondary branches of pancreatic ducts ranged from 100 to 222,with an average of 179±29.The average density of the first branch of pancreatic head,neck,body and tail were 2.74±0.95/cm,1.75±1.04/cm,2.80±1.01/cm and 3.43±0.94/cm,respectively.The results of one-way anOVA showed that the density of pancreatic duct at the first branch of pancreatic neck was significantly lower than that of pancreatic head,body and tail,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05.).The average density of the distribution of secondary pancreatic tubes on the overall primary branches of the pancreas is:2.83±0.26/primary branches.Secondary branches The average density of the primary branches of the pancreatic duct at the head of the pancreas,neck of the pancreas,body of the pancreas and tail of the pancreas were 3.05±0.57,2.78±0.71,2.96±0.48,2.71±0.36,respectively.The results of one-way anOVA showed that there was no significant difference in the distribution density of secondary pancreatic duct among all groups(P>0.05).3.There were 11 cases with accessory pancreatic duct,5 cases without accessory pancreatic duct,and the occurrence rate of accessory pancreatic duct was 68.75%.In the 11 specimens with accessory pancreatic duct:in most cases(8 cases),the ventral branch of the pancreatic duct merged into the main pancreatic duct,and the dorsal branch of the pancreatic duct merged into the accessory pancreatic duct;In a few cases(3 cases)the ventral branch of the pancreatic duct drains into the accessory pancreatic duct and the dorsal branch of the pancreatic duct drains into the main pancreatic duct.The uncinate process branched pancreatic duct completely merged into the main pancreatic duct in 6 cases(55%).2 cases(18%)completely merged into the accessory pancreatic duct.3 cases(27%)were merged into the main pancreatic duct and accessory pancreatic duct.Conclusion:It is feasible to use the catheter casting technique for pancreatic duct casting.This study not only fills the blank in the anatomical study of pancreatic branch duct,but also provides some help for clinical pancreatic related surgery and diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic related diseases. |
