Pulse detection originated from traditional Chinese medicine pulse diagnosis,and there are only two ways of pulse detection: the traditional Chinese medicine manual pulse detection and the use of various pulse collection devices under the guidance of doctors to collect pulse conditions,both of which are inseparable from the participation of doctors.There are various mature pulse collectors on the market,but the specific collection site needs to be determined by the user or the guidance of professionals,and the pulse data obtained in the wrong collection location is inaccurate,and low efficiency.In summary,this thesis aims to improve the existing pulse collection equipment,so that it can accurately and automatically identify the position of the user’s check-keeping ruler and automatically perform pulse detection without the guidance of professionals or when the user is not sure about the position of the user’s check-keeping ruler.collection.In this thesis,we propose a TCM intelligent pulse collection robot based on the optimally designed Stewart platform.The robot consists of a novel Stewart platform,an array of pressure sensors with multiple pressure sensing units for collecting pulse information,and a set of operating software.We first analyzed geometry of adult human wrists near pulse taking cun-guan-chi positions with an active stereo vision system to obtain a list of requirements for the robot.Then a seven degree-of-freedom Stewart platform is designed and optimized to match the requirements.With 3D printing and off-the-shelf parts,we developed a novel pulse taking robot that is capable of taking pulse data automatically,without any doctor’s intervention.The pressure sensor array in the device uses a new method,device and readable storage medium for determining arterial pressure,and is applied to a pressure sensor array composed of multiple sensing units to solve the problem determined by the prior art method.The problem of low arterial pressure accuracy.The method includes: constructing a measuring unit with a symmetrical polygonal shape based on a plurality of sensing units in a pressure sensor array;wherein,each vertex and center of the measuring unit is correspondingly provided with a sensing unit,and each vertex and center are located in On a two-dimensional curved surface;based on the measurement values of each sensing unit in the measuring unit and the coordinate points of the sensing units in the preset coordinate system,use the double binomial-trinomial interpolation method to construct the coordinate points in the coordinate system A pressure formula corresponding to the pressure value;based on the coordinates of any point on the measurement unit,the pressure formula is used to determine the pressure value of any point on the measurement unit.The new intelligent TCM pulse collection robot proposed in this thesis provides hardware support for the popularization of TCM familyization and standardization,and helps realize the comprehensive modernization of TCM.It has important research significance and practical value.
