Clinical Evaluation Of Acupuncture Combined With Rood Technique On Patients With Cerebral Infarction

BackgroundAt present,acute cerebral infarction which are high in the disability rate and fatality rate has become frequent and common disease in the elderly people,that early rehabilitation treatment has been paid more attention in recent years.Clinically the patient’s brain tissue appears acute ischemia and hypoxia after the occurrence of acute cerebral infarction,which aggravates the neurological injury and limb movement disorder.The patient’s quality of life is getting better and better by applying rehabilitation treatment early which can improve the symptoms of neurological impairment and the function of the limbs recovered,further reduce patient’s disability rate and fatality rate,but also reduce the burden of family life.ObjectiveThis study investigated the effects of Rood combined with acupuncture on limb function and neurological function recovery of patients with acute cerebral infarction by observing the improvement of limb motor function,daily living ability and neurological function of patients before and after treatment.MethodThe 150 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into acupuncture group,Rood technique group and acupuncture combined with Rood technique group.Their Fugl-meyer score（FMA）,modified Barthel index（MBI）and NIHSS score scale were recorded before and after treatment.The improvement of motor function,daily living ability and nerve function were statistically analyzed.Result1.Before treatment,FMA score,MBI score and NIHSS score among the three groups were no significant differences（P > 0.05）.2.After treatment,NIHSS score,MBI score and FMA score of the three groups were compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.After treatment,FMA score,MBI score and NIHSS score of acupuncture combined with Rood treatment group were significantly better than acupuncture group and Rood group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.There were no significant differences in FMA score,MBI score and NIHSS score between Rood group and acupuncture group after treatment（P>0.05）.3.There were significant differences in clinical efficacy among the three groups after treatment（P <0.05）;The clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Rood treatment group was significantly better than Rood group and acupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant（P <0.05）.There was no significant difference between Rood group and acupuncture group in clinical efficacy（P > 0.05）.ConclusionThrough the early treatment of cerebral infarction,acupuncture combined with Rood technology for early rehabilitation treatment can effectively improve patients’ limb motor function,daily living ability and neurological impairment symptoms.
