PurposesIn order to solve the problems of slow information transmission and low diagnosis and treatment efficiency in the internet medical field,this paper builds an internet medical information collaboration network based on the complex network analysis method,analyzes the network structure and characteristics,and optimizes the internet medical system from the perspective of information collaboration,aiming to improve the operation efficiency and service quality of the internet medical website,Help government departments put forward guiding suggestions and guidelines for the sustainable and healthy development of the internet medical field.MethodsThis paper focuses on the patient treatment process of the good doctor online platform,collects information flow data,defines the functional platform involved in the treatment process as the information subject,and the transmitted information flow as the information object.Then,the information subject is set as the node,the information object is set as the connecting edge,and the number of connecting edges between the same two information subjects is set as the edge weight.The information collaboration matrix is established according to the node and edge weight,and the node data and edge data are imported into the software to build the internet medical information collaboration network.Combined with literature analysis,theoretical analysis,descriptive statistical analysis and other analysis methods,this paper analyzes the structure and characteristics of internet medical information collaboration network from the aspects of node degree distribution,degree centrality,edge weight distribution,small world characteristics,scale-free characteristics and so on.Results(1)From the correlation analysis of network node structure,it can be seen that some nodes act as a "bridge" for information transmission and sharing,with good local tightness,and play an important role in the efficient connection of the whole network.However,the brand promotion platform,overseas medical treatment platform,cooperative pharmaceutical companies and other nodes are less involved in the information transmission of the network,which has an impact on the overall information collaboration efficiency of the network.(2)From the correlation analysis of the network edge structure,it can be seen that the edge weight distribution of the internet medical information collaboration network is uneven and tends to power-law distribution.The balance of information transmission and the efficiency of information collaboration need to be improved.(3)From the correlation analysis of the centrality of network nodes,it can be seen that the centrality of most nodes in the network hovers around 0.45,and the overall tightness of the network is at the general level.The centrality of nodes and eigenvectors are generally small,which affects the connectivity of the internet medical information collaboration network.(4)From the correlation analysis of structural constraint coefficients,it can be seen that most nodes of the internet medical information collaboration network have high structural constraint coefficients,with a large number of nodes in non critical positions,making less contribution to the overall information flow of the network.(5)From the correlation analysis of network aggregation characteristics,it can be seen that the average clustering coefficient of the internet medical information collaborative network is large,and the local aggregation of the network is good,but the average path length is also large,which does not fully conform to the characteristics of the small world network.(6)From the correlation analysis of scale characteristics,it can be seen that the information transmission of internet medical information collaborative network has scalefree characteristics,but the scale-free characteristics are not obvious.ConclusionsThe internal functional platform of Internet medicine carries less information flow,and the balance of information transmission and the efficiency of information collaboration need to be improved.The number of functional platforms in key positions is small,and the tightness and connectivity with non key functional platforms are at the general level.The interaction frequency and intensity of the internal functional platforms of internet medical need to be further enhanced.By enhancing the interaction strength,contact tightness and connectivity between internet medical function platforms,and broadening information transmission channels,we can speed up the internal information transmission of internet medical and improve the overall information collaboration efficiency.
