Research On The Cognition、Demand And Satisfaction Of Inpatients In Primary Hospitals ——Cited The F County Hospital

Background In 2010,the Working Standards for Hospital Implementation of Quality Nursing Service（Trial）was formulated,the nursing working mechanism of medical institutions was improved in various aspects,and the project [1] of "Quality Nursing Service Demonstration Project" was implemented.In 2011,the quality nursing service projects continued to be promoted,and continued to consolidate the scope of quality nursing service projects,[2].In 2012,the quality nursing service project went deep into the grass-roots level and played a very important role in the development of grassroots medical and health undertakings.Therefore,by vigorously carrying out high-quality nursing service projects in grass-roots hospitals to retain patients,practice the policy idea of strengthening the grass-roots level in the national new medical reform policy,and promote the development of grass-roots medical and health undertakings.Objective This study aims to understand the inpatients of quality nursing service cognition,demand and satisfaction and related factors,analyze a county hospital in the process of quality nursing service problems,and put forward corresponding improvement measures and opinions,better improve the connotation of quality nursing service,innovation suitable for hospital inpatient nursing management mode,finally better quality nursing service activities in primary medical institutions.Methods Based on the above research purpose,this paper selects a county in Henan province,into the questionnaire standard hospitalized inpatients,understand the situation of basic hospital clinical nursing,and concluded that the basic hospital in the process of implementing quality nursing service problems,for these problems to improve and improve.Finally,the survey data were processed effectively using SPSS 25.0.Results Using the questionnaire survey method,the results of the research subjects that met the inclusion criteria were summarized into six aspects.（1）gender,age and occupation are the main factors affecting the awareness of patient quality nursing service,the publicity of quality nursing service projects and nurses are not high;（2）survey of quality nursing service demand content shows: professional technology,service attitude,serious and responsible work and health guidance occupy an important position;（3）patients ’overall satisfaction with quality nursing service,among which nurses’ good service attitude is the highest;（4）patients’ overall satisfaction with quality nursing service needs to be improved;the promotion of（5）quality nursing service has brought great changes to the medical service of basic general hospitals,but there are also some problems that need to be further improved and improved.Conclusions Based on the above conclusion,patients have high demand for quality nursing service,gender,age,education and hospital days are important factors affecting the influence of the educational background and education,the main way for patients to know quality nursing service is nurses,with different factors,and the satisfaction needs to be further improved.In the end,this paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures from five aspects,hoping that through these suggestions,and then improve the level of nursing management,improve the quality of quality nursing service,put forward scientific basis for nursing management,so that grassroots hospitals can enhance their competitiveness in the medical industry,and better improve the experience of grass-roots patients.
