The Study Of Current Support Policies And Improvement Countermeasures Of Fujian Province Animation Enterprise

For its features such as derivatives,large demanded market and the high value-added,the animation enterprise known as the most development potential of the sunrise industry in 21st century.Now the animation enterprise has become an important pillar industry in the United States,Canada,Japan,South Korea and other countries.Industrial policy for the development of the industry has a guide and pointing role.Animation enterprise policy is not only a cultural policy but also an economic policy.It has guidance,management and services function.To enhance the overall strength and international level of the domestic animation,China and each province have issued the animation enterprise-related policies which are biased in favor of affirmative and aiming to encourage and support the development of domestic animation enterprise.In recent years,the animation enterprise has become a cutting-edge industry of Fujian province,showing a good momentum of development.But support policy for the animation enterprise is not perfect enough,the main direction of policy is biased financial and taxation.Provisions for talent policy and public service platform policy are less.As the animation enterprise needs different support policies in different development periods.So if the support policy without good plan and systematic,it will lose its guidance functions.The background of this topic is that the Fujian province animation enterprise is growing stronger,Studying the problems of Fujian province animation enterprise’s support policy and its applicability and effectiveness in different development periods.Through the research of this topic,not only the development of Fujian province animation enterprise can get benefit,but also the animation enterprise policies can get improvement.In this paper,we first combs the content of the Fujian province animation enterprise,analysis the current problem of its support policies,and combines the depth interviews data of Fujian four animation enterprises which with different stages of development.This topic reference the support of home and abroad animation enterprise,then put forward the suggest of how to promote Fujian province animation enterprise’s support policy and enhance support policy’s suitability in different development periods.Finally this study put forward the suggest of promoting the animation enterprise support policy in these aspects:enhancing the systematic government support policies’ design;fiscal and taxing policy;Talent policy and public service platform,then enhance the Fujian province animation enterprise’s comprehensive strength,lead Fujian province animation enterprise to the international market,forming the dominated by animation enterprise,achieve the goal that formed Fujian province as center radiating its cultural creative center across the whole country.
