The Obstacles And Prospects Of The Public Cultural Products In Rural Area

Strengthening the construction of rural culture is a necessary as the result of the full comprehensive strategic plan for deepening the reform passed in the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee.Consequently,to build Fujian Province as a"Cultural Province" is a natural requirement.With the development of new rural construction,the need of farmers for culture is also rising.Thus the coordination between product supply and demand of rural public culture is essential.The major achievements of the supply of public cultural products in rural Fujian include the construction of public cultural facilities to enrich effective,vigorous cultural team building and various public cultural activities etc.Nevertheless,there are still large rooms for improvement such as the insufficient funding,rigid configuration resources,and lack of historical and cultural resource use.Through the survey,we can conclude that the differences in social development,the imperfect supply system and weak awareness of the needs of farmers are the three common causes of the current supply difficulties.To this end,we should strengthen the supply of investment,improve distribution system and establish support systems and multi-supply model.
