Practice And Research Of Street Documentary Photography

From 1837 the French Daguerre invented the silver halide photography at the beginning of the twentieth Century,photography has been regarded as "servant",the painting is just a way of looking at the world of technology,machinery.However,with the development and maturity of photography,photography is a new type of art that has been widely used in various fields,but also produced a lot of schools developed into a very important category of art.The production of the image can not be separated from the shooting,because of the advantages of simple and convenient operation,it is easier to be accepted by people.Nowadays,with the development of Internet and the coming era of "reading",overwhelming images,with all aspects of our life,especially the popularity of smart mobile phone,photo sharing more convenient.Digital camera and smart phone shooting features and powerful,making the photo shoot and share more simple,which is photography,is also a way of documentary photography.Recording function is the most essential function of photography.It’ s like a writer with a pen in his hand to explain the cause of the process and the results,and documentary photography is through the camera will be recorded.It can be said that documentary photography is a relatively pure shooting.Documentary photography as a tool of Anthropological Observation,it can not only record the development of the city,but also the human nature of the characters portrayed.What is more,it is a record of war and disaster,this record is more impact and reflection.This paper is divided into four parts:The introduction mainly from three angles:the background,purpose and significance and research methods of the vital point of the whole thesis,a brief description of the basic ideas and contents.The first chapter briefly introduces the origin of documentary photography,and introduces the development of documentary photography from two aspects of domestic and foreign,as well as the development of documentary photography.The second chapter explains the value of documentary photography from the following three aspects:social value,historical value and aesthetic value.The third chapter is mainly from the perspective of the beholder,in an objective and calm way of not interfering with the art language for the characteristics of the street documentary photography.The fourth chapter is the combination of my own graduation creation,the practice of the practice of the art language of the on-the-spot documentary photography,to achieve the combination of theory and practice.
