Research On Service Capability Of LQ Small Art Training Center For Children

Due to the opening of the second child policy and the emphasis of the state and individuals on quality education,the demand for art training in China has increased rapidly.However,art training institutions have sprung up,and the competition is extremely fierce.Because of the uneven size of art training institutions and serious homogeneity of products,the managers of training institutions often lack theoretical guidance on how to respond to service needs and how to carry out service capacity management.They are unable to effectively utilize teaching resources,meet service needs and control the cost.Therefore,how to carry out the service capability management of training institutions is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper taken Zhangzhou LQ institution as an example to earry out the research of service ability management.By analyzing and optimizingthe service ability of LQ small children’s art training institution,this paper has put forward the feasible scheme.The main research steps are as follows:firstly,this paper built its theoretical basis through the literature review of service demand management,service supply management and servicesupply-demand matching ability management;secondly,through the analysis of the industry status and the specific status of LQ institutions,the paper siunmaaized the problems of LQ institutions;thirdly,in view of the problems of LQ institutions,the paper usedthe theories of service demand management,servicesupply management and service supply-demand matching capability management to put forward the improvement scheme of service capability management for LQ institutions,and analyzed the effectiveness of the improvement scheme.Finally,it summarizes the paper.This paper paid great significance forcarrying out service capability management of small art training institutions.Through the effective allocation of existing resources,it can optimize and significantly improve service capability of the institutions,thus improving the level of operation and the profitability of institutions.The research results of this paper have provide the reference for other small training institutions to carry out service capability management.
