Research Of Flamenco Dance Training In Madrid,Spain

Flamenco dance as the intangible cultural heritage,is the fusion of history,culture,sports,art,in recent years.Thanks to "the Belt and Road initiative",flamenco dance works are widely promoted and spread in China,has attracted some people to become amateurs,at present in some cities in our country,such as Beijing,Shanghai and other regions have some flamenco dance training institutions which provides a number of amateurs opportunities to have an experience flamenco dance and understand the culture deeply.There is a good trend of flamenco dance in some domestic cities.Therefore,through the literature material method,expert interview method,Delphi method,ahp method,questionnaire survey,field observation and mathematical statistics to do research about three representative flamenco dance training institutions in Madrid city for further investigation,the comprehensive research and analysis aimed at training provides a reference for our country to carry out the relevant experience,to introduce new artistic and cultural projects,promote the exchange of folk art has provided an opportunity,to meet the diverse public fitness demand to provide theoretical foundation for referenceThe study concludes that: 1.The basic conditions for the conduct of flamenco dance training in Madrid include infrastructure,teachers,participants and managers.The "professional experience" and "teaching experience" of teachers are important criteria for the selection by both training institutions and participants.The participants are mainly women,including people of different ages,occupations and educational backgrounds.The other employees responsible for coordinating the arrangement of training and promotion.2.The forms of training include: public training,privated training and master training;Training content is divided into practice and theory training: practical training include technical training and choreograph,theorical training includes basic music knowledge,professional nouns,historical and cultural background;The training method is based on demonstration method and explanation method,with decomposition method,complete practice method and circular practice.Training and publicity methods: online social media,Internet search engine advertising and offline posters,brochures.3.The development of flamenco dance training in Madrid is influenced by internal and external factors,which are ranked in order of importance as follows: training method,students’ learning habits,training teachers,students’ learning attitude,training content,market demand,development level within the industry,and social environment.4.Stratgies for improving Flamenco dance training in Madrid include: developing their own training characteristics,improving the comprehensive professional and theoretical knowledge of training teachers,improving participants’ training experience.
