| In recent years, the state has introduced various policies and measures to promote the development of school sports, but the physical fitness of students still has obvious shortcomings.Sports dance is booming in China, which has good fitness value and artistic value, and meets the requirements of quality education in China.Balance ability is one of the important contents in sports quality.A good balance ability can prevent sports injuries and is closely related to the study of complex movements in the future. In the context of the prevalence of children’s sports dance,it is particularly important to fully explore the role of Latin dance on children’s balance ability. The research methods of this study are literature method, experiment method, interview method and mathematical analysis method. The experimental method was mainly used to intervene in the randomly divided experimental group of 10 female children in the Latin dance single bronze medal test combination training intervention, and at the same time for the other 10 control group female children in the Chinese dance test grade four combination of two dance training. The purpose is to explore the influence of Latin dance training on children’s balance ability, and the difference between Latin dance and Chinese dance on children’s balance ability, hoping to enrich the research on children’s balance ability and provide some theoretical reference for children’s Latin dance teaching. The static and dynamic balance capabilities are tested by experimental instruments, which can not only improve the test accuracy, but also make a comparative analysis of trunk stability. In addition,a blank group was added to exclude the influence of children’s natural growth and development on the experiment,so as to improve the rigor of the study. Results: after 12 weeks of training intervention, the experimental group’s dynamic and static balance capabilities and trunk stability indicators reached significant differences.Except for the index of trunk stability, the control group did not reach a significant difference, and the indicators of dynamic and static balance ability tests reached a significant level of difference. Conclusion: after 12 weeks of Latin dance training and Chinese dance training, children’s dynamic and static balance ability can be effectively improved. The experimental group and the control group have no statistical difference except for the improvement of individual indicators, but the overall effect of Latin dance on children’s balance ability is stronger than Chinese dance, especially the stability of the trunk is more obvious, and the lifting effect of the left and right direction of the trunk is better than the front and back direction. In terms of static balance ability, the improvement effect of Latin dance training is more obvious when the eyes are open, and the improvement effect of the two groups is not much different when the eyes are closed. |
