Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,“people-oriented” new urbanization construction mode has gradually become the mainstream mode of urban and rural construction in China.The construction of new urbanization is of great significance for building up cultural confidence and enriching people’s spiritual and cultural life.The red culture of Wuxiang was formed in the revolutionary war period,which is the core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics and an integral part of the excellent traditional Chinese culture.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China repeatedly mentioned the construction of a smart society,and urban and rural construction as a part of social construction,under the current urban-rural integration environment,the red culture of Wuxiang is integrated into the smart city and rural areas,which can not only improve people’s living environment Environment enriches people’s spiritual world,improves people’s happiness index,and promotes the sound and rapid development of urban and rural construction in Wuxiang County.Based on the theory of Marxist urban-rural integration and smart city,this paper constructs the smart city and countryside,and analyzes that the development of smart city and countryside integration is the inevitable trend of urban and rural development in the future.Firstly,based on the full understanding and analysis of the theme of this paper,this paper focuses on four fields: education,e-commerce,tourism and public intelligent facilities,and analyzes the current achievements of the integration of Wuxiang red culture into smart urban and rural areas by combing relevant materials and field research;secondly,it analyzes the red culture of Wuxiang In the process of integrating into the smart city and countryside,there are some problems,such as the lack of red culture education in Smart Education in urban and rural areas,the lack of red product brand in e-commerce in urban and rural areas,the lack of red culture development in smart tourism in urban and rural areas,and the lack of red regional characteristics of smart facilities in urban and rural areas,etc.in combination with the actual situation of Wuxiang County,the causes of these problems are analyzed in depth.Finally,thecharacteristics of the times and the urban and rural areas of Wuxiang are combined The current situation of development,using new technology,put forward development suggestions for the problems existing in the integration of Wuxiang red culture into smart urban and rural areas.
