Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Universities Participating In Public Cultural Services

College participation in public cultural services is an important part of realizing the social service function of colleges and universities,which is of great significance to the development of social civilization.However,there are still some problems,such as the low enthusiasm,the lack of participation methods,and the lack of service effect.Therefore,it is worth thinking about how to promote the extensive participation of colleges and universities in public cultural services by studying the existing problems and solutions.This study attempts to provide a new perspective and thinking for colleges and universities to participate in public cultural services.Combined with specific cases,it provides a method basis for colleges and universities to participate in public cultural services.And it provides principles and methods for the government to guide colleges and universities to actively participate in public cultural services,provides a solution path for the government to solve the shortage of public cultural services,and mobilizes social organizations to participate in the public Cultural services provide a reference.This article systematically combed the relevant concepts and theoretical research of the current public cultural services,understood and analyzed the resources,facilities,teachers,communities,practice bases and activities of the school through the participation of their own work units in the public cultural services,and used the way of survey questions to analyze the ideological factors,policy factors and input factors of the school’s participation in the public cultural services Through the data analysis of satisfaction degree,it is found that the factors that affect the participation of universities in public cultural services are mainly four aspects:concept,system,resources and ability.In order to solve this kind of problem,we think that we can change it from two aspects:the government and the University.The government needs to improve the policies,resources,platforms and other aspects.The university needs to build the system,team,products and other aspects to better promote the university to participate in the construction of public cultural services.
