Research On The Integrated Development Of Cultural Industry And Tourism Industry In Yanbian Prefecture

Industry is the product of social division of labor and improved labor productivity,and industrial integration is the general trend of the development of various industries.Under the phenomenon of social and economic development and improved quality of life,tourism has gradually become the normal and rigid demand for people’s lives.Tourism can provide a variety of ways for the spread,promotion and value enhancement of culture.At the same time,culture will become the fundamental place for the tourism industry to enhance cultural connotation.Through the development and utilization of cultural resources and the expansion of creative ideas,the industry chain of the tourism industry can be extended and the added value can be increased,forming a good situation for the integrated development and coordinated development of the cultural industry and the tourism industry.At this stage,the integration and development of cultural industry and tourism industry has been regarded as a new form of industrial organization.In this paper,Yanbian Prefecture is taken as the research object,based on industrial fusion,self-organization theory,symbiosis theory and other related theories,Pearson correlation analysis,coupled coordination model and GM(1,1)gray dynamic prediction model and other methods are used to explore the regional cultural industry and The coordinated development of the tourism industry.First of all,based on the theory of industrial integration,the evolution of the cultural industry,tourism industry and the integration of the two industries in the region is studied.Then select 20 factors of cultural industry and 18 factors of tourism industry respectively into four aspects:economic income,industrial scale,employees and reception capacity,and build a unique evaluation index system for the coordinated development of cultural industry and tourism industry in Yanbian Prefecture.After that,the comprehensive development level of cultural industry and tourism industry in Yanbian Prefecture from 1999 to 2018 and eight counties and cities in 2004,2008,2012 and 2016 was analyzed according to the evaluation system;the physics coupling model was used to calculate the culture of Yanbian Prefecture and eight counties and cities The coupling degree and the coordination degree of the industry and the tourism industry;using the GM(1,1)gray dynamic prediction model to predict the future trend of the integrated development of cultural and tourism industries in Yanbian and eight counties.The research results show that:①From 1999 to 2018,the comprehensive development level of the cultural industry and tourism industry in Yanbian Prefecture developed from 0.1992 and 0.1344 in 1999 to 0.6305 and 0.7052 in 2018;the coupling values of the two industries are basically distributed in(0.3-0.5]belongs to the antagonistic phase of coupling;the coupling coordination degree increased from 0.2854 in 1999 to 0.5782 in 2018,and increased from a moderate imbalance to bare coordination.②From 2004 to 2016,the overall development level of the two industries in each county and city is rising,but there is a big difference in the development speed;the overall coupling degree first rises and then stabilizes,basically stable at about 0.5,from low-level coupling to The antagonistic stage at this stage;the level of coupling and coordination has been improved,and the speed of development varies.③Predict the future trend of the integration and development of the two industries in the region,that is,the coupling coordination degree will enter the intermediate coordination stage in 2023,the two industries will enter a good coordination stage in 2028,and will reach the high-quality coordination stage in 2030;The spatial difference of the coupling and coordination degree of the tourism industry is small,and the overall decline from Dunhua City in the northwest of Yanbian State to the border area in the southeast;the spatial difference between the counties and cities of Yanbian State in 2024 and 2028 is mainly"two vertical and one horizontal"development The development of Dunhua City,Antu County,Yanji City,Hunchun City and Longjing City is relatively good,while the development of Wangqing County,Helong City and Tumen City is relatively slow.Finally,from the macro and micro perspectives,the existing problems of the integrated development of cultural industries and tourism industries in Yanbian Prefecture are analyzed.From the macro perspective,the main problems are:the comprehensive development level has large spatial differences,the interaction between the cultural industry and the tourism industry is relatively weak,and the coordination level is relatively low.Low;The main problems in the micro perspective are:insufficient exploitation and utilization of cultural resources,lack of innovation and cultural characteristics in the development of tourism,and unclear brand image.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from a macro perspective and a micro perspective.The macro perspective:promote the balanced development of cultural industries and tourism industries in various counties and cities,strengthen the interaction between the two industries,and coordinate the integration of the two industries;The park and the cultural and ecological protection zone,"combination of dynamics and statics" to innovate cultural tourism brand,cultural tourism industry supply-side structural reform,inject technology,cultivate talents,and serve cultural tourism.
