| Since the implementation of the national fitness strategy,the development of sports has been increased,promoting the development of the sports industry.In addition,in 2014,the State issued "Several Opinions on Accelerating the Development of the Sports Industry to Promote Sports Consumption",in 2019,the "Opinions On Promoting National Fitness and Sports Consumption and Promoting High-quality and Continuous Development of Sports Industry" was promulgated,which stimulated the market vitality and consumption increased support for the sports industry,and set the goals for the development of the sports industry in the next ten years,and the sports dance training market developed rapidly through this opportunity.By consulting the literature,it is found that the research of satisfaction in sports industry in China is in the basic stage,and there is less research on sports dance training institutions,so this study analyzes the satisfaction of sports dance training institutions in Wuhan by introducing the customer satisfaction theory,and the research aims to improve the quality of service of training institutions.To provide the basis and suggestions for the long-term development of the sports dance industry.Using the methods of literature,interview,field inspection,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,etc.,we constructed the customer satisfaction index system of Wuhan Sports Dance Training Institutions to investigate the five training institutions in Wuhan that meet the needs of this study,and carried out the collected data through the statistical analysis of SPSS,and concluded that:First,from the customer composition,Female customers and male customers in the number of large disparities,female customers accounted for the majority;18-35 year old for the main group of sports dance training institutions,the overall preference for young,customers overall higher education,with college and above accounted for more than 80%of customers;There is also a large consumer market to be developed,from the training time,to participate in training institutions within three years of customers accounted for more than 80%of the total number of customers;Second,Wuhan City sports dance training institutions overall customer satisfaction of 3.66 points,at the medium level,brand image,expected quality,perceived quality,perceived value,customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in six dimensions of the score from high to low,customer loyalty,customer loyalty,customer satisfaction,brand image,perceived quality,Scores were 4.04,3.81,3.61,3.60,3.50 and 3.42,with weak links in the six dimensions in brand image and perceived quality.Then,form the difference of overall population satisfaction,there are obvious differences in gender,age,income,education,different occupations,different income,different training duration and whether to participate in sports dance training institutions for the first time;The obvious differences in gender are reflected in the quality of brand image and expectation,the obvious differences in age are manifested in the four dimensions of perceived quality,perceived value,customer satisfaction and customer loyalty,there are obvious differences in academic qualifications except brand image,occupational differences are mainly in perceived quality,and income differences are reflected in perceived quality,Perceived value and perceived satisfaction,the difference of training time is reflected in perceived value,customer satisfaction and customer loyalty,and the difference between initial training is reflected in the three dimensions of brand image,expected quality and customer loyalty. |
