| The development trend of the modern Chinese cultural system is basically dominated by political factors. In the early stage of national modernization, various tasks were widely integrated into social mobilization. In this paper, through the use of structured interviews, case studies, and literature research methods to collect and analyze the related information, taking the reform and change of the traditional performing organizations in the Shangdang area of Shanxi from 1946 to 1965 as a result of political dominance as the research subject,to explore the practice logic and integration characteristics when country was integrating the cultural performance organizations,In this way,we can understand a series of modernization measures that the country has made in transforming its cultural system. The main structure of the thesis has three parts.First,it introduces how the traditionally isolated two types of folk entertainers in the ShangDang area, with the intervention of the land reform, went from confrontation to identity unification.Secondly,we introduce the nationalization process of the performance organization system of the troupe that has absorbed a large number of innovative artists, how the artists accept the shaping, how the troupe organization realizes the transformation from private to public, and the improvement of the troupe’s internal and external systems. Finally,it demonstrates how the troupe performed the corresponding performance content transformation process under the leadership of the new regime, which includes the re-establishment of the troupe’s performance purpose, the continuous replacement of the performance content and the politicization tendency of performance output. This article finds that the practice logic of the state’s integrated performance organization can be divided into five steps, namely "revolutionary role expectations","role identity integration","role self-identification","incorporated system",and"performance content integration".Second,This article combines the system integration, organizational integration, and ideological integration under national integration to explore the coupling between the formation of cultural systems and political and economic changes, and believes that the state-controlled cultural system stems from the response to the demand for stronger integration of modern political and economic practices. In response to the creation of a specific cultural system, the state does not eliminate the local traditional culture, but actively supports the endless release of the corresponding ideology in a form endorsed by the state and local governments,at the same time,it is supplemented by demonstrations, gifts and other means to achieve strong cohesive political identity. |
