Influence Study Of Calvino’s Literary View Of “Light”on The Creation Of Xixi

Calvino’s works have a great influence on the art of modern novels because of his unique and delicate conception and profound and meaningful way of thinking.Xixi,a Hong Kong writer,is deeply influenced by Calvino.She plays an important role in Hong Kong,Taiwan and even the world’s Chinese literature circle with his diversified narrative experiments and changeable narrations.Calvino and Xixi are closely related to each other in their spiritual core and thinking direction.In the concept of novels,both advocate to narrate in light and easy language,and novels should lighten the heaviness of reality as much as possible.Xixi inherits Calvino’s game spirit and fairy tale thinking and develops her unique fairy tale realistic novels.This paper mainly discusses from the perspective of influence research,taking Calvino’s theoretical works,novels and Xixi’s poems,novels and essays as the basic research materials,comprehensively and systematically combs Calvino’s influence on Xixi’s creation,including the research on the influence of literature view,creation form and creation method at all levels,mainly focusing on their comparative discussion of the literary view embodied in her novels.This paper attempts to explain the inheritance and development of Calvino’s "light" literary view by Xixi systematically,which can provide enlightenment for us to understand the aesthetic dilemma faced by contemporary novel creation,and call for attention to Hong Kong writers and works.At present,there are many scholars in Chinese academic circles who study Xixi and Calvino separately,few of them connect them.This paper mainly focuses on the reception and development of the Xixi’s literary view of Calvino’s "light",and takes Xixi’s poetry,novel and prose as the main research materials,supplemented by other literary works such as painting review and film review,and grasps Xixi’s creative idea and spiritual core vertically and horizontally,and studies her all inclusive novel world,As well as inheriting Calvino’s exploration in the cross-media narrative to carry out comparative analysis and research.The first chapter focuses on Calvino’s literary concept of "light".On the basis of combing and defining Calvino’s view of light literature,this paper discusses the relationship between the view of light literature and Calvino’s other views of literature.The second chapter discusses the influence of Calvino on Xixi’s creation,mainly from three aspects: creation spirit,thinking direction and writing technique.The third chapter analyzes the reasons for the reception and development of Calvino’s literary view from the external and internal aspects,and explains the significance of this influence.The conclusion part summarizes the article systematically.
