A Study On Construction Of Rural Public Cultural Space In Border Areas Of Guangxi

Rural public cultural space is an important place for rural residents to produce and live for generations,and it is also the spatial basis and effective carrier for the development and inheritance of rural culture,which greatly affects the way of life and belief of rural people,as well as the moral value and order system of rural society.Under the background of socialist culture construction with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the construction of rural public cultural services led by the state pays more and more attention to the construction of spatial dimension,and is undergoing a process of shifting the focus to the construction of a holistic public cultural space covering physical fields,cultural activities and cultural mechanisms.At present,the rural area of Guangxi border area is geopolitical National culture,regional economy and other factors,the construction of public cultural space is faced with functional weakening,partial fragmentation and other difficulties.To study the construction of rural public cultural space in Guangxi border area is of great theoretical and practical significance for the construction of perfect public cultural space system,the realization of the real value of the construction of public cultural services,and the improvement of national cultural soft power.On the basis of expounding the new public service theory and governance theory,this paper uses the qualitative research methods,such as literature research method and field investigation method,and based on the analysis framework of rural public cultural space construction: putting the spatial construction content of the main dimensions of public cultural physical space,activity space and institutional space in the core position,constructing the main body,constructing the way,raising funds and building the talent team as the key coupling elements,and empirically analyzing the construction of rural public cultural space in Guangxi border area.This paper holds that the construction of rural public cultural space in Guangxi border area has the particularity of geographical environment,the diversity of national culture,the complexity of audience composition and the security of public culture.After years of hard work,the construction of border rural cultural space in the village level public cultural service center,farm book house," big banyan tree " classroom,film screening,characteristic cultural activities and public cultural system have achieved good results.But there are still many difficulties in the construction of rural public cultural space in Guangxi border area,such as the weakening function of rural public cultural space construction," shell " and " formatting ",and public participation Deficiencies,lack of effective integration planning,lack of resources and other difficulties need to be overcome.Therefore,the author puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the construction of rural public cultural space in border areas of Guangxi: first,integrating and utilizing space resources,perfecting and expanding the function of public cultural space;second,scientifically planning space layout,connecting rural endogenous and exogenous public cultural space;third,enriching the content of space construction,innovating public cultural physics and building activity space;fourth,optimizing the multi-subject co-construction mechanism of rural public cultural space;fifthly,strengthening the construction of regional public cultural space with talent team and investment of capital force.
