Whether it is pressure at work or in life,the existence of stress for a company and its employees is a double-edged sword,which can affect the individual performance of employees to varying degrees,which in turn affects the development of the company.This study aims to explore the relationship between the challenge pressure source,job performance,leadership member exchange and job satisfaction of SOE employees.The sample was obtained by convenient sampling,and 503 valid questionnaires were collected from Harbin,Beijing,Hegang,Hangzhou and other places by issuing a paper-based questionnaire and an electronic version of the questionnaire.Data were collected using the Challenging Stress Source Questionnaire,the Job Performance Questionnaire,the Leadership Exchange Questionnaire and the Job Satisfaction Questionnaire.Based on the data analysis results,the impact of the challenge stressors on job performance was explored,and the exchange of members and job satisfaction were further explored.The mechanism of action.Research indicates:(1)The challenging stressors,job performance,leadership member exchange and job satisfaction level of Chinese state-owned enterprise employees are generally high and at a medium level.(2)There are significant differences in gender,age,education,monthly income,working years and positions;there are significant differences in work performance in age,monthly income,working years and positions,in terms of gender and academic qualifications.The difference did not reach a significant level;the leadership members exchanged significant differences in gender,age,education,monthly income,working years and positions;job satisfaction reached differences in gender,age,monthly income,working years and positions The level of significance has not reached a significant level in academic qualifications.(3)The challenge stress source is significantly positively correlated with job performance;the challenge stress source is significantly positively correlated with the leadership member exchange;the challenge stress source is significantly positively correlated with job satisfaction;the leadership member exchange and job satisfaction are significant Positive correlation;leadership member exchange is significantly positively correlated with job performance;job satisfaction is significantly positively correlated with job performance.(4)Challenging stressors have a significant positive predictive effect on job performance;Challenging stressors have a significant positive predictive effect on leadership member exchange;Challenging stressors have a significant positive predictive effect on job satisfaction;Leadership exchange has a significant positive predictive effect on job performance;job satisfaction has a significant positive predictive effect on job performance;leadership member exchange has a significant positive predictive effect on job satisfaction.(5)Job satisfaction plays a part in mediating between challenging stressors and job performance.(6)Leadership exchange and job satisfaction play a role as a chain intermediary between challenging stressors and job performance.
