Flow experience is when individuals devote all their energy to activities,the experience makes them deeply attacted and reach a state of selflessness.In this state,individuals will feel real happiness,which is a potential sense of happiness and self-satisfaction.Although more and more studies have confirmed that this kind of experience is easy to produce in competitive sports,physical exercise,work and life,it has not been paid much attention by sports psychologists and researchers in Latin dance programs.In recent years,the Latin dance program has developed rapidly in China.It is no longer limited to the teaching of the movement itself,and the expression of emotions and the experience of enjoyment are particularly important,but they are easily ignored.Therefore,the author introduces the flow experience,through the study and analysis of the characteristics of the flow experience of Latin dance students in ordinary universities,and USES countermeasures to promote the flow experience state of Latin dance students.This article refer to Jackson and Marsh(1996)compiled by the Flow meter(Flow state scale,FSS),and domestic scholars Liu Wei na(2010)of the revised Chinese version of the simplified smooth state scale "and" simplified smooth traits scale " using exploratory factor analysis to explore the regular institutions of higher learning Latin dance students the basic dimensions of Flow characteristics,and is verified using confirmatory factor analysis,the last reserves of 15 items.Then,on this basis,the characteristics of flow experience of Latin dance students in colleges and universities were studied,and the characteristics of flow experience of Latin dance students of different genders and different training years were analyzed,as well as the impact of flow experience,and the results were compared with previous studies.This paper studies the characteristics of the flow experience of Latin dance students by the methods of literature,observation,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and logical analysis.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.The Latin dance students’ flow experience is not used in the Latin dance training in ordinary colleges and universities,mainly because of the low popularity of teachers,the training method for generating flow is simple,the classroom focus is unreasonable,and there is a lack of reasonable promotion measures,which leads to the low degree of emotional experience of Latin dance students.2.The characteristics of flow experience of Latin dance students are composed of five characteristics: balance of skills and challenges,clear goal,high concentration,loss of self-consciousness,and spontaneous self-participation.The constructed model is an ideal model with good reliability and validity.3.The five characteristics of flow experience of Latin dance students are ranked from the highest to the lowest in order of score: spontaneous participation,clear goal,high concentration,loss of self-awareness,balance of skills and challenges.4.With different genders,boys scored higher on flow experience in the five dimensions than girls,and there were significant differences in the dimensions of self-consciousness loss and spontaneous participation.5.There is no significance in the participation dimension of different training years.There were significant differences in the overall dimension,balance of skills and challenges,clear goals,high concentration,and loss of self-awareness.In skills and challenge,the balance of concentration on the two dimensions,the longer the training period,Latin dance student’s flow,the higher the score,the more significant difference,but in the clear goal,loss of consciousness and total dimensions,fixed number of year of training in 5 years and above of score score higher than 3 to 4 years,and there are significant differences,and 3 to 4 years of a lower score than the score0-2 years,not mean that the longer the fixed number of year of the Latin dance training students,the higher the score.6.As a positive psychological concept,while bringing positive emotions to people,it will also have a negative impact on learning,life,physical health and mental health due to the individual’s improper control of flow.
