Research On Digital Display Of Cultural Heritage Of Weiyang Palace Based On MAR

Han Chang ’an City is the largest,most well-preserved,most abundant and most culturally rich capital site in China.It not only contains a large number of world-class cultural heritage resources,but also is an important carrier of Chinese culture,bearing the inheritance genes of Chinese civilization.As the most important site of Han Chang ’an City,Weiyang Palace site covers an area of 4.84 square kilometers,accounting for about 1/7 of the total area of Han Chang ’an City,which was listed as a world cultural heritage in 2014.With the development of science and technology,the application of innovative digital information technology will make it possible for people to understand and feel the magnificent architectural relics and rich cultural information of the Han dynasty in a new way.Therefore,on the basis of field research,this paper first discusses the new Augmented Reality(AR)technology,then extends to the application of Mobile Augmented Reality(MAR)in virtual display,and analyzes the features of MAR display.Then,through the research on the current characteristics of Weiyang palace cultural heritage and the investigation of the existing display,the paper analyzes the unique advantages of MAR applied to the display of Weiyang palace cultural heritage.Through field research and case study of literature,it is concluded that MAR technology is applied to the development and design of Weiyang palace digital exhibition project,and rules are used to realize diversified information transmission.Because MAR technology has the characteristics of fusion of reality,three-dimensional immersion and real-time interaction,MAR is applied to the digital protection and display of cultural heritage,which not only enhances the vividness,interactivity and real-time performance of cultural heritage,but also provides a new opportunity for the publicity and dissemination of cultural heritage.
