Research On The Transformation And Development Of Cultural Industry Cluster

The cultural industry is hailed as the industry with the most development prospects in the 21 st century.In the 13 th Five-Year Plan,China proposed to make the cultural industry as a national pillar industry,and many cities in China have taken the cultural industry as an important measure to optimize the industrial structure.We found that cluster development is an important means to promote rapid industrial growth.However,due to its special characteristics,cultural industrial clusters cannot copy the development models of other industrial clusters.The thesis is based on the particularity of cultural industry clusters,drawing on the theory of general industrial clusters and integrating the characteristics of creative strata,analyzing the characteristics of cultural industry clusters,and discussing how governments,entrepreneurs,and creative strata affect cultural industry clusters in the clusters.What specific behaviors and effects will promote the development of clusters? I will try to find the general rules and conditions for the development of cultural industry clusters.The article is divided into six chapters in total.The first chapter proposes the research objectives and methods.Chapter 2 is the theoretical basis.First,it analyzes the characteristics of cultural industry clusters mainly in industry,space,innovation,and social networks,and constructs the mechanism of multi-subjects on cultural industry clusters: entrepreneurs ’demonstration competition effect,behavior network effect,the internal driving force of entrepreneurship;the informal communication learning effect of creative class,innovation spread effect and self-realization drive;the government’s industrial policy and infrastructure support.Chapters 3 and 4 are the empirical analysis of Dafen,specifically analyzing the characteristics of Dafen’s industrial cluster reflected diversified and flexible cooperative network of the social network;innovation relies more on informal communication of the creative class;The industrial network is more flexible and more open;The space has the tolerance of spatial transformation,the complexity of cultural consumption and production,diversity,and advantageous location conditions.Next,it also analyzes the impact of multiple subjects on the development of Dafen,which is specifically reflected in the innovation externality of the creative class,the internal driving force of self-realization,the effect of informal communication and learning;the spiritual drive of entrepreneurs,the network effect of behavior,The externality of industrial technology upgrades and innovation activities;the government has played an important role in the improvement of infrastructure,a tolerant institutional environment and the cultivation of innovative soft environments.Finally,Chapter 5 proposes that in the development of cultural industry clusters.It is necessary to satisfy the space environment with complete infrastructure,convenient location environment,unique places,and diversified functional spaces.The policy environment should focus on maintaining high tolerance of the regional environment.Guarantee the improvement of intellectual property protection system,financial support,artistic atmosphere creation,talent attraction and other policies,and finally summarize the construction of cultural industry cluster dynamic framework under the role of multiple subjects,and extract the specific mechanism of each subject and the general law of the relationship between them.
