scientifically reasonable exercise prescription for this fact,and there are few studies on formulating scientific and reasonable square dance exercise prescriptions for people with normal high blood pressure.This article promotes the "combination of physical and medical practice" from theory to practice,using square dance exercise prescriptions to intervene in the problem of people with normal high blood pressure,promoting square dance from the fitness of normal people to the rehabilitation of chronic diseases,and providing exercise methods for the rehabilitation of chronic diseases.Theoretical and practical support.Study method: In the “Golden Spring City Community” of Ganzhou,25 questionnaires with normal high blood pressure were screened out by issuing questionnaires and taking out blood pressures of medical staff following community health service centers to conduct basic condition records,medical examinations and FMS function screening Examine and exclude 7 middle-aged and elderly people who have medical examination problems and exercise risks and cannot participate in exercise.The remaining 18 people are randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group into 9 people.The experimental group will use the form of exercise to intervene in square dance.The intervention time is 8 weeks.Each subject will be given full medical supervision and square dance exercise guidance throughout the experimental exercise.The control group will not perform any form of exercise.Intervene.Before and after the experiment,the blood pressure,heart rate,BMI,vital capacity and circulatory function indexes were compared and analyzed.Study result:(1)Comparison of quiet heart rate in people with high normal blood pressure:Before the experiment,there was no difference between the experimental group and the control group;there was a difference between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment and the difference was significant(p <0.05)After the square dance intervention,the heart rate of the experimental group showed a downward trend.The heart rate before the experiment(73.22 ± 9.471)decreased to the heart rate after the experiment(65.44 ± 4.640),while the heart rate of the control group did not change;after the square dance intervention,the experimental group The heart rate(65.44 ± 4.640)is lower than that of the control group(73.33 ±5.847),and changes;(2)Comparison of body weight and BMI: After the square dance exercise,the experimentalgroup’s weight decreased from before exercise(54.72 ± 6.544)to after exercise(52.89 ± 4.781),and the difference was significant(p <0.05);the study results showed that the square dance intervention The BMI of the experimental group showed a downward trend,and the difference was significant(p <0.05);(3)Blood pressure comparison: There was no difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the experimental group and the control group before the systolic and diastolic blood pressures in the experimental group are reduced.Studies have shown that square dance exercises can reduce the blood pressure of people with normal high blood pressure and can reduce blood pressure.Systolic and diastolic blood pressures tend to normal blood pressure levels;(2)Regular square dance exercises reduce the weight and BMI of individuals with normal high blood
