As a sharing economy in the field of knowledge, the knowledge-sharing economy has been greatly developed all over the world. In recent years,it has been developing rapidly in China. It is increasingly changing people’s thinking and lifestyle, and even the mode of production of culture. At the same time, the knowledge-sharing economy has exposed many moral conflicts and ethical problems in the process from free sharing to paid sharing. The research on knowledge-sharing economy is also increasing in domestic academic circles, but most of them focus on economics, communication, management and other disciplines, while the research on knowledge-sharing economy in philosophy is still relatively small. The ethical issues of knowledge-sharing economy not only involve all aspects of social life, but also need interdisciplinary research. In this case, this paper combines the research results at home and abroad.Firstly,it systematically combs the knowledge-sharing economy. It is concluded that the knowledge sharing economy is a new economic form, which is mainly reflected in the knowledge-skill-based sharing economy and the Internet celebrity economy. It is an economic phenomenon in which the economic subjects get rewards by sharing knowledge and skills through the Internet platform. The essence of knowledgesharing economy is that it is the product of cognitive surplus and the object of transaction is commercialized knowledge. The characteristics of knowledge sharing economy are fragmentation, interactivity and multiplicity.Secondly,it summarize the ethical problems of knowledge-sharing economy.Whether it is the market failure problem at the macro level from the institutional perspective and the knowledge gap problem from the technical perspective, the industry impact at the meso level from the industry perspective and the trust crisis at the enterprise level,or the intellectual property at the micro level and the consumption perspective The protection of rights and interests, and the ethical issues in the knowledge-sharing economy are ultimately all about the lack of social responsibility for knowledgepaying companies.Thirdly,it analyzes the lack of social responsibility of knowledge-paying companies.Using three ethical theories of utilitarianism, moralism, and justice to conduct a moral analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: knowledge-paying enterprises have the problem of lack of responsibility, and knowledge-paying sharing under the knowledge-sharing economy is an unethical behavior. From the perspective of behavior consequences, paying for knowledge online reduces the overall social welfare;from the perspective of behavior motivation, paying for knowledge online violates the principle of public morality;from the perspective of distribution justice, paying for knowledge online expands the knowledge gap.As a new economic form under the progress of science and technology,it is of practical significance to study the lack of social responsibility of knowledge payment enterprises, and the ethical regulation of knowledge-sharing economy in China should also be put on the agenda. We should establish the restraint mechanism of knowledge commercialization, cultivate the ethical values of knowledge sharing, strengthen the construction of corporate social responsibility,so as to make the operation of knowledge-paying enterprises in the knowledge-sharing economy conform to the proper meaning of "sharing development" advocated by the state.
