The Research On Digital Design Of Tantou Wood Engraving Painting For Cognition

Tantou wood engraving painting is a national-level intangible cultural heritage with the characteristics of Huxiang Culture.The features of Chu Culture,such as mystery,plainness,passion and exaggeration make it unique among the art of wooden graving paintings.Tantou wood engraving painting,hand-made dyed paper and sachet paper are known as the three unique skills of Tantou.With the continuous extension of industrial civilization and the acceleration of globalization,the intangible cultural heritage is disappearing,even perishi ng.This includes the wood engraving paintings which were a necessity in folk life.Traditional disseminating and hereditary patterns hinder the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage in modern life.Modern digitized technology and information network technology provide a new direction for the intangible cultural heritage digital protection.Existing discussions about the digitalization of intangible cultural heritage mostly focus on digital acquisition,digital storage and digital dev elopment,while ignore the research on the communicative and cognitive styles of the digitalization of intangible cultural heritage.Therefore,this paper studies on Tantou wood engraving painting,and starts the research on the digitalization of Tantou wo od engraving painting from cognitive object,cognitive process and cognitive styles.The article includes three parts including literature research,normative research and empirical research.Firstly,the article defines the contents of the digitalization o f intangible cultural heritage by literature review and discusses on the problems about the digitalization from information dissemination.Through the analysis of these problems,the research builds initial digital model of Tantou wood engraving painting.Secondly,this paper introduces the theory of context in linguistics to the cognitive process of engraving painting,trying to answer the problem of what the wood engraving painting is and analyzeing the digitalization of the New Year pictures from the perspective of culture translation.On this basis,the paper further improves the audio-visual method of the digitalization of the wood engraving painting.Finally,this paper completes the construction of the audio-visual digitalization of Tantou wood engraving painting by means of digital design practice.The innovation of this article is mainly reflected in the following two aspects:Firstly,innovation at the level of academic theory: This paper introduces the concept of context in linguistics into the res earch of Tantou wood engraving painting,which provides cognitive and understanding help.According to the method of context division in linguistics,the context of Tantou woodengravingpainting is divided into three parts: in-word,verbal companion,and non-speech,which provides new ideas for the detailed collation and analysis of the contextual information of Tantou wood engraving painting.The digitization of the Tantou wood engraving laid a solid foundation and possibility.Secondly,innovation at the level of practical methods: Based on the difficulties of the digital process of Tantou wood engraving painting,this paper focuses on construction of production context and division of production information and analyzes the information in Tantou wood engra ving painting.The elements are digitized and synthesized according to the way of product recognition.Based on the user’s cognition,the sound and sound will be involved in the digital design of Tantou wood engraving painting.When the sound image is cons istent with the visual image,it promotes the user’s cognition of the overall information.When the sound image and the visual image are inconsistent,it will hinder and interfere with the user’s grasp and cognition of the overall information.And to build a digital design method of beach-head woodblock New Year pictures based on cognition.This paper is a study on the cognitive-oriented digitalization of Tantou wood engraving painting,combined with empirical research.Combined theory and practice,the paper guides the digitalization of the intangible cultural heritage scientifically and logically,and has significance for the protection,inheritance and innovation of intangible cultural heritage.
