Study On The Construction Of Harmonious Culture In Tarbagatay Prefecture

Harmonious culture is the basic condition of national unity and is of great significance,which helps to communicate the feelings among ethnic groups,enhance mutual understanding among ethnic groups and resolve ethnic conflicts.There are many ethnic groups in Tarbagatay.Prefecture,the population of each ethnic group is relatively balanced,the economy develops rapidly year after year,the society is harmonious and stable,and the ethnic groups are closely related with each other in terms of integrated development,mutual love and mutual assistance,tolerance and harmony,and integration,which has distinct cultural characteristics.Summing up and combing the practical experience of the construction of harmonious culture in Tarbagatay Prefecture,in-depth investigation and research at the grass-roots level are of great practical significance to guide the construction of a harmonious society in multi-ethnic areas.This paper investigates the current situation of harmonious culture construction in Tarbagatay Prefecture.By highlighting cultural characteristics,building spiritual home and promoting mutual embeddedness,and promoting deep integration,Tarbagatay Prefecture district has achieved the achievements of harmonious cultural construction,such as the staggered living of all ethnic groups,frequent communication,mutual language learning,respect for each other’s culture,high rate of intermarriage,and the blood concentration of all ethnic groups is more than that of the same family.In summary,the experience of Tarbagatay-Prefecture in the construction of harmonious culture is: first,relying on the fine tradition,making clear the target position;second,adhering to the cultural guidance,making things silent;third,innovating the activity carrier,creating a strong atmosphere.At the same time,there are still some deficiencies in the construction of harmonious culture in Tarbagatay Prefecture.This paper summarizes three problems: one is the single method of publicity and education,which is lack of attraction and appeal;the other is the relatively lagging development of cultural industry;the third is the insufficient summary and refinement of good practices and experience.The main reasons are that the leading role of ordinary people in the construction of harmonious culture is ignored,the government’s ability to guide in the construction of harmonious culture is insufficient,and the power of innovation transformation of traditional culture is insufficient.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: first is to strengthen the construction of public governance system;second,improve the system construction,enhance the government’s ability to guide the construction of a harmonious culture;third,create a community of economic interests,create a material basis for the construction of a harmonious culture.This paper analyzes the measures,achievements,experiences and shortcomings of the construction of harmonious culture in Tarbagatay Prefecture by means of sparrow anatomy,and gives some suggestions.In other multi-ethnic areas,some aspects can learn from the experience of Tarbagatay Prefecture and learn from each other.Through the research of this paper,we hope to provide some reference value for the practice of harmonious culture construction in multi-ethnic areas.
