Feedback Mechanism In Video Art

In the 21 st century,with the rapid development of information technology,a huge amount of information is competing to occupy our senses through different media.In this postmodern context,our knowledge and time are fragmented without limitation,and it is difficult to form a complete information system.However,at the same time,the high-speed iteration of information also brings doubts to itself through the media,and the information source is constantly heavy New processing,which has been cut,evaluated and quoted in the new environment context,reacts to itself in the constant irreversible acceleration.After these reactions have been superposed,a new image with critical and constructive significance has been formed.We call such a complete process of self input "feedback".Under such a premise,the form of artistic creation is not satisfied with the work as a static state of being seen,but constantly allows processing,evaluation,misunderstanding to overlap with itself,interact with the audience,interact with itself,exert the influence effect on the meta work again,and force itself to react.In the diachronic image works,such "feedback" effect is particularly significant.When the original image is processed by the feedback effect,the image has evolved a new way of viewing and interpretation.The feedback effect is mainly composed of internal feedback and external feedback,specifically refers to the alienation of image media,and the regeneration of the image by viewing and evaluation.We will discuss the feedback mechanism in detail in this paper.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter first analyzes the original definition of "feedback" in the field of cybernetics,and puts forward its concrete form in the current image works.The second chapter summarizes the characteristics of image art feedback,which is divided into multiple presence and composite time.The third chapter mainly expounds how feedback is a method of image creation,which can be divided into feedback source and feedback effect setting according to the feedback process,and the feedback effect can be divided into specific media deformation feedback inside the work and watching feedback outside the work.Finally,different feedback results are summarized and analyzed according to the attribute differences between positive feedback and negative feedback.The fourth chapter will show how the feedback mechanism is applied to the author’s personal creative practice.At last,it summarizes the feedback mechanism in the image art,and puts forward more deep thinking problems.
