| The development of Internet technology has promoted the popularity of mobile devices and a series of new things,such as social media.The development of the times has brought new opportunities.The rise of various smart learning platforms and their combination with traditional classrooms have given new vitality to the classrooms in primary and secondary schools.However,middle school English classroom teaching is still dominated by teachers and students’ enthusiasm is not high.Teachers’ teaching ideas and methods are backward,teachers and students lack of communication and interaction,teachers "full classroom irrigation",students’ independent learning ability is poor.UMU carries on the knowledge sharing and the presentation regarding the question which appears in the teaching process,lets the student’s study be more three-dimensional.Through the interaction with teachers,students and students,to promote the integration of learning resources and fun,to strengthen the integration and use of various learning resources,so into the middle school English class has a certain feasibility.Under the above background,this study took the network teaching platform as the main basis,combined with the unique functions of the UMU interactive platform,and applied the learning platform to the teaching practice in junior high school English teaching.This paper explores the influence of junior high school students’ English classroom performance and teachers’ mixed teaching in order to cultivate students’ active learning attitude and interest in English learning.Based on the analysis of the current situation of online teaching platform,interactive learning platform and UMU platform at home and abroad,and on the basis of constructivism,humanism,mastery of learning theory and other relevant theoretical basis,this paper constructs the mixed learning model of junior middle school English based on UMU platform,namely front-end analysis,teaching process design and teaching evaluation design.Based on the above theoretical ideas,the author applied the UMU interactive learning platform to the study of How do you make a banana milk shake in unit8,book 1,grade 8,junior high school English curriculum.Were randomly selected from school as experimental class and class two as the control group,in the process of the research USES the questionnaire survey method,experimental method,test method,etc.,will be live UMU platform,micro class,discussion,asking questions,assignments,and other functions,is applied to the English lessons before class,class,after class to relevantteaching design,experimental research about eight class on Thursday.After the end of the experiment,data analysis was carried out on the mid-term and final examination results,the interaction between students using UMU and the teacher-student mixed learning situation was analyzed,the learning effect was explored,and the deficiencies and improvement Suggestions were put forward.The results show that UMU,as a new type of intelligent teaching tool,has improved students’ academic performance to a certain extent,and has been widely recognized by teachers and students.Compared with the traditional classroom teaching method,UMU has more significant advantages with the help of mobile APP.However,how to ensure that UMU can give full play to its interactive function in English teaching and how to conduct scientific evaluation on its teaching influence still need more teaching practice to explore. |
