Research On The Cultural Exchanges And The Development Of China-ASEAN Economy And Trade Under The “One Belt And One Road”

With the development of international trade,the influence of cultural factors on trade has been paid more and more attention.Since the normalization of relations between China and ASEAN,the two sides have made rapid development in the field of economy and trade.China has been the largest trade partner of ASEAN for ten consecutive years,and ASEAN has become the second largest trade partner of China.After the "one belt,one road" initiative was launched,China-ASEAN Economic and trade relations in the new era have attracted much attention.China and Southeast Asia have a long history of people to people and cultural exchanges.Whether culture plays an important role in the development of China-ASEAN Economic and trade,and how to quantify cultural events,this paper will make some related research.From the perspective of cultural exchange,this paper makes a cultural economic study of China-ASEAN Economic and trade.Based on the cumulative method of key factors,this paper makes a standardized evaluation of cultural exchange events between China and ten ASEAN countries from five levels: character level,institution level,activity level,regional level and behavior importance level,and adds the correction value with attenuation value to consider the lag effect of cultural factors.Based on the traditional trade gravitation model,this paper analyzes the relationship between China-ASEAN cultural exchange and import andexport trade by adding cultural variables and other relevant variables.The results show that cultural exchange plays a significant role in promoting the development of China-ASEAN Economic and trade,and the influence of China on ASEAN export trade is greater than that of China’s import from ASEAN.Under the great prospect of China-ASEAN Economic and trade cooperation,the promotion of cultural exchanges is undoubtedly an effective supplement to political mutual trust and economic advantages.At the end of this paper,four suggestions are put forward: first,give full play to the advantages of sub regional cooperation,build a platform for national cultural exchange;two,tap the potential of cultural industry cooperation,enrich the connotation of cultural exchange and cooperation;three,consolidate and expand tourism exchanges,and actively promote cultural integration and tourism integration;four,build a "one belt,one road" cultural exchange mechanism,boosting the development of cultural exchanges and cooperation.Building a community of shared future between China and ASEAN.This study will help us understand the relationship between China ASEAN cultural exchanges and economic and trade development,better carry out cultural exchanges and cooperation between China and ASEAN countries,and help build a "one belt and one road" common aspiration and promote the economic and trade upgrading of China ASEAN countries.
