Research On The Early Activity Sites Of Chongqing Federation Of Industry Andcommerce And Its Resource Value

In recent years,with the needs of social progress and the construction of Chongqing’s historical and cultural cities,the historical and cultural heritage in Chongqing has received increasing attention,and the protection and use of modern and contemporary sites have become hot topics.These important sites in modern times are indelible memories of urban development and the roots of urban humanities.How to protect and use these old sites,and creatively recognize and explore the resource value of these old sites,are important topics for the construction of a historical and cultural city in Chongqing.The Chongqing Federation of Industry and Commerce is of great significance to the development of industry and commerce in Chongqing.At present,the academic circles’ research on the Chongqing Federation of Industry and Commerce is still mainly at the political,economic,and literature analysis levels,and the special research on the related sites of related activities has not yet been covered.However,this type of old site is a physical witness of Chongqing’s modern history,and an important physical evidence of Chongqing’s historical and cultural development.It can add more historical and cultural connotations to the construction of Chongqing’s historical and cultural city,which has great protection value and significance.This article uses the early activities of the Chongqing Federation of Industry and Commerce as a clue.It first defines the research definition,time,and geographical scope of the relevant former sites of the Chongqing Industry and Commerce Federation.History).Through on-site inspections and combined with relevant historical data for a comprehensive analysis,the resource value,protection and utilization of the relevant former sites of the Chongqing Federation of Industry and Commerce are discussed.Through comprehensive inspection and research,the existing existing sites of the Chongqing Federation of Industry and Commerce can be divided into three categories:the former site of the Industry and Commerce Federation,the former site of the Industry and Commerce Federation,and the former residence of the Celebrity Industry andCommerce Association.It is found that some old sites are better protected and utilized;some old sites have not been properly protected,and their resource values have not been better reflected.In the research process of this article,I tried to explore the protection and utilization value of the former site of the early activities of the Chongqing Federation of Industry and Commerce from the aspect of the demand for the construction of Chongqing’s historical and cultural city.Focus on the social value,economic value,educational value,aesthetic value,technological value and scarcity value of the old site itself.The main problems in the protection and utilization of the former site of the Chongqing Municipal Industry and Commerce Federation’s early activities include: insufficient protection awareness,lack of related investigations and studies,single protection and utilization methods,and lack of management measures and funding.In view of the current problems in protection and utilization,this article believes that it can be solved from the following aspects: first,the investigation and registration of the former site of related activities of the Chongqing Federation of Industry and Commerce;second,to improve the society’s understanding and awareness of the former site;third,to develop Corresponding local laws and regulations;Fourth,broaden the channels for raising protection funds;fifth,diversify the protection and reuse models;and sixth,strengthen the joint protection and utilization of similar old sites in China.The value and connotation of the former site of the early activities of the Chongqing Federation of Industry and Commerce are rich and diverse,and there are many aspects worthy of further exploration.The reuse of resource values also needs to be explored from various aspects.Protecting the former site of the early activities of the Chongqing Federation of Industry and Commerce is conducive to protecting and discovering the roots of modern and contemporary history in Chongqing,bringing those forgotten histories back to life,and enriching the urban culture of Chongqing.Add glory.The paper also takes the protection and reuse of the former site of Chongqing Yongxin Chemical Plant as an example,and uses the SWOT analysis method to explore the feasibility of the protection and reuse of the former site.Finally,this article proposes the idea of joint publicity and utilization of similar old sites in China,which promotes the protection,publicity and utilization of such old sites and the overall planning of the construction of domestic historical and cultural cities.
