| Body,as the carrier of life and the originator of behavior,has always been the focus of people’s attention,and Dai people are no exception.The Dai groups’ understanding of the body is in a specific time and environment,the body just like an organism,it is shaped by individual,family and society.The body is not only the basis of survival of the Dai groups,but also the creator of the Dai’s culture,ethics and moral.The body is regarded as a metaphor,symbol and language in the Dai’s traditional culture.The moral value of the Dai people is hidden in the body.The body discourse has become an expression system in the society.Whether it is personal behavior,family life and social interaction,the body has become a channel for people to express moral values.Based on the important position of body in the traditional society of Dai ethnic group,this paper studies and analyzes the body view of Dai groups from the perspective of ethics,excavates the ethical connotation and value of the body view,to enrich the data of studying the traditional culture of Dai groups.This paper makes an ethical study of Dai’s traditional body view in Xishuangbanna from four aspects.The first chapter is the discussion of the cultural background that influences the formation of body view.Dai people are the minority who believe in religious culture and Buddhist culture at the same time.The second chapter is from the body of the individual,family and social three dimensions to discuss the body of the Dai people’s practice in daily life,and summarizes the characteristics of the traditional concept of body for the "soul and body are one","take body as basis","the body exists as medium".The third chapter has further discussed about the ethical connotation of the traditional view of the body.For individuals,the body is the proof of their survival and the basis for their survival activities.For the family,the body is the material basis for building the family,the link between family members,and the key to building a harmonious family relationship.In terms of society,the body is not only the channel of emotional expression,but also the carrier of interpersonal communication and the intermediary of communication between human and god.Finally,the traditional Dai body concept still has the significance and values of the times at present.The moral consciousness of respecting the body,the moral requirements of self-cultivation and the concept of health maintenance contained in it provide reference for people to take care of their own bodies,and provide solutions to the dilemma of the body in the consumption era. |
