One of the main variables affecting individual interpersonal relationship and mental health is the efficacy of emotional regulation.As the pillar of the country,college students’ emotional regulation level is not only related to the individual’s mental health level,but also deeply affects the happiness index of the whole society.Many scholars focus on the efficacy of emotional regulation,which is one of the important factors affecting college students’ psychological health,and the related researches mainly focus on the structural hierarchy of the efficacy of emotional regulation,the establishment and localization of relevant scales,and the intervention methods of the efficacy of emotional regulation.In the intervention mode of emotional regulation efficacy is various,psychological diary based on expressive writing emerges gradually,and it has been widely recognized and applied in clinical psychological counseling.In this study,psychological diary refers to the daily recording of the day’s emotions and emotional reactions in the form of a diary,in order to express,control and regulate their own emotions.The privacy of diary contents and the writer’s sense of security have become a new way to help college students improve their sense of emotional self-efficacy.To understand the level of self-efficacy of college students’ emotion regulation in Qinghai province,the existing state of mood positive rate,this research is using self-efficacy scale for Chinese version of "regulation" and "PANAS scale random in a survey of 2664 students in colleges and universities in Qinghai province,and on this basis discusses writing for college students psychological diary mood adjust the intervention effect of self-efficacy.In study 2,8 subjects who met the requirements of the experiment were selected to participate in the experiment.The subjects wrote a psychological diary in a book of uniform size and size.The written content was based on the daily life events of the subjects and mainly on their emotional reactions.The results are as follows:1.The efficacy of emotional regulation of college students in Qinghai province is above the average level.The score of the dimension of efficacy of expressing positive emotions was relatively high,and the score of the dimension of efficacy of managing anger/anger emotions was the lowest.The positive mood rate was in the middle.Experience more positive emotions and less negative emotions.2.There were significant differences in the efficacy of emotional regulation and the rate of emotional activeness among college students in Qinghai province in terms of gender and student origin,but no significant differences in the grade and whether the students were the only child or not.3.Psychological diary,as an intervention method,has a significant effect on the efficacy of emotional regulation of college students and its various dimensions,and can significantly improve the efficacy of emotional regulation of college students.
