| With the development of the Internet,online variety shows have emerged.In recent years,the "circle-layer variety shows" represented by "the hip-hop of China","this is street dance" and "the summer of the band" has become popular among young subculture groups."Circle-layer" was used to describe the phenomenon of users focus aggregation under different interests,which is a subcultural community based on culture and identity.The "circle-layer variety shows" with a certain circle-layer as the target audience often have distinct subcultural attributes,while the "subcultural capital" embodied in the community members is often used by the programs,which becomes one of the characteristics of the circle-layer variety shows separated from other variety shows.This paper takes "subcultural capital" as the theoretical fulcrum to discuss the cultural context and realistic motivation of the rise of circle-layer variety shows in China,the presentation and function of subcultural capital,and the mutual transformation of the subcultural capital,social capital and economic capital of the circle-layer variety shows.The paper is mainly divided into the following parts:The first chapter discusses the development of the circle-layer variety shows,the situation of its dissemination,and analyzes the realistic cause of its popularity;The second chapter elaborates the theory of subcultural capital,the form of subcultural expression and the diffusion and manifestation of its value,and analyzes the concrete manifestation of the subcultural capital of the participants in the circle-layer variety shows.The third chapter discusses the multi-dimensional space constructed by the circle-layer variety shows to present the participants’ subcultural capital,that is,the foreground space,the background space and the extended space beyond the screen,and takes the variety show "summer of the band" as a case study.The fourth chapter analyzes the function of the participants’ subcultural capital in the production and broadcasting of the circle-layer variety shows,that is,the subcultural capital can summon the audience in the content,create the separation in the communication,and transmit and sublimate the value.Variety in the fifth chapter focus on participants’ subcultural capital reproduction in the circle-layer variety shows.Subculture capital,social capital,economic capital under the premise of spread in the subculture capital value can be loop transformation.In the circle-layer variety shows,the subcultural capital of theparticipants is transformed into social capital and economic capital,while the social capital and economic capital also strengthen the participants’ subcultural capital.It can be seen that the circle-layer variety shows is the product of "collusion" between the subculture circle-layers and the network video platform when they have reached a certain stage of development.The two co-participate in the practice process of the commercialization and productization of the circle-layer culture.While seeing the economic effect brought by the circle-layer variety shows,we should also pay attention to the social and cultural effect brought by the circle-layer variety shows.Therefore,all parties should comprehensively consider the cultural development space and social influence,and seek the benign development of the circle-layer variety shows through consultation and practice. |
