Study On The Tuyan Jade Bracelets Of Dian Culture

As early as the Dian culture,the shape of the Tuyan jade bracelet has appeared and is widely distributed.In the Neolithic Age,the Tuyan jade bracelets were mainly found in the Longshan Cultural Site and began to spread to the surrounding areas.To the Shang Dynasty,Follow the culture of Shang Dynasty to the south and Spread gradually.The Tuyan jade bracelets in Southeast Asia have appeared as early as the Neolithic Age and continued until the early Iron Age.After the mid-spring and autumn,the spread of Tuyan jade bracelets in other parts of China has come to an end,But it began to develop and prosper in the cultural area of Dian until the early decline of the Eastern Han Dynasty.The Tuyan jade bracelets are mainly found in 10 cemeteries and 1 ruins of Dian Culture,A total of 178 pieces and a few residual pieces.This article divides theTuyan jade bracelets of Dian culture into three types: A,B and C.Types A and Ba are also found in other regions,Types Bb and C are unique to Dian Culture.Depending on the age of the tomb,Changes in the number of Tuyan jade bracelets and the style,It was found that the Tuyan jade bracelets of the Dian culture Initially from the beginning of the middle and late spring and autumn to the middle of the Warring States period,prosperity from the middle of the Warring States Period to the middle and late Western Han Dynasty,declined from the late Western Han Dynasty to the early Eastern Han Dynasty.Regarding the jade material of the Tuyan jade bracelets in Dian culture,this article studies from three aspects: jade material characteristics,mineral composition,jade material source,etc.I hope to master the situation of jade materials in Tuyan jade bracelets.The production of Tuyan jade bracelets of Dian culture includes four steps:blanking,hole processing,convex edge processing,grinding and polishing.The perfect unification of the various processes has created a piece of Tuyan jade bracelets from Dian.In terms of function,Dian culture Tuyan jade bracelet is similar to and different from other places.This article starts from three angles of practical function,social function and aesthetic function,fully explore its functional issues to reflect the value of the Tuyan jade bracelet.There is no unified consensus on the origin of Tuyan jade bracelets in Dian culture.This paper argues that,The origin of the Tuyan jade bracelets is probably from the southward migration of Pu people,this is unified with the relevant historical records and archaeological discoveries of the Pu people.In addition,most of the Tuyan jade bracelets along the edge are locally made,and not all of them flowed in from other places,this is consistent with the history of the emergence,prosperity and decline of Tuyan jade bracelets across the country.With regard to the point of view of the introduction of Yue culture,after research,it was found that the Tuyan jade bracelets introduced by the Yue culture accounted for only a small part,and not many.Views on the introduction of Chu culture,historical products and the influence of Sanxingdui culture,This article believes that these are not the important reasons for the development and prosperity of the Tuan jade bracelets in Dian.The study of Tuyan jade bracelets in the Dian culture not only helps us to further understand the jade of Dian culture,to understand the aesthetic culture and historical culture of the Dian Kingdom,but also has enlightening significance for understanding the cultural exchanges between the Dian people and other ethnic groups.This is the value of this paper.
