Comment To Main Perspective Of Chinese Narratology Constrction

Narratology originated from the west and is a discipline related to narration.Since scholars introduced its into China,there have been much research results.This article mainly inspects the researchers "China’s" narratology construction.Many scholars believe that Chinese classical culture is more of a "lyric tradition".However,during the period when narratology became a prominent sub ject,researchers have effectively excavated many "narrative traditions" from Chinese ancient narrative texts.More and more scholars have reflected on themselves by reflecting on the west,and the construction of "Chinese" narratologyh as become an effective way for narratology to follow up and develop in China.This article is mainly divided into five chapters,the main part is of four,res pectively from ontology,myth,cultural sociology,novels respectively discusses the discipline construction research after narratology was introduced in the past 30 years.Of course,these four aspects cannot include the all efforts of schol ars,but they can also clearly illustrate the efforts of scholars in constructing national academic discourse.Ontologically,this paper mainly focuses on three Chinese scholar.On the construction of ontology,this paper tries to sort out the scholars’ consciousness of the construction of narratology ontology by sorting out the "independent" consciousness and the direction of "construction" through the method of "comparison".In the part at mythology,the main research materials are motif,prototype and myth story.Scholars study the narrative structure and story logic in Chinese myth narration through the method of myth prototype and motif,compare it with western myth,and dig out the deep structure and connotation.The results of this part include early "Myth Narratology" by Zhang Kaiyan,criticism of myth prototype by Ye Shuxian,etc.Under the current situation that myth research tends to be interdisciplinary,scholars’ research on myth narration is also increasingly diversified.However,myth,as the initial form of narration,still has its unearthing significance.In the part at cultural society,there are studies on narration and ideology by the well-to-do people,research on ancient Chinese narrative thought edited by Zhao Yanqiu,and two parts of dong Naibin’s "narration and lyricism".Narration,as a cultural phenomenon,is entangled with the material form and spiritual product of society.Through the radiation of social culture,we can see the logical consciousness of the formation and development of national narration.In terms of novel aesthetics,space aesthetics,aesthetic thinking and novel aesthetic criticism are the main approaches.Novels,especially novels of Ming and Qing Dynasties,are the most mature and aesthetic achievements of Chine se narrative literature.Through the construction of novel aesthetics,on the one hand,the structural beauty and narrative beauty in the narrative level of novels are excavated,on the other hand,the ideological implication beauty is excavated,and finally the philosophical logic and cultural deep structure behind the novels are excavated.The main achievements of this part include Zhang Shijun’s Study on Spatial Narrative of A Dream of Red Mansions,Ye Lang’s History of Chinese Novel Aesthetics,etc.These four parts have their own characteristics and emphases,which show the efforts of Chinese scholars to construct "Chinese" narratology consciously since the introduction of western narratology.However,through sorting out these four paths,we can find that these achievements have not completely covered up the western narrative and there are various imperfections.Therefore,on the way to establish "China’s" narratology,future generations need to continue their efforts.
