Archaeological Study On The Tombs Of The Six Dynasties In Guangdong And Guangxi

The Six Dynasties is an important period of transformation in Chinese history and also a period of initial development in the south.There are a large number of tombs in the Six Dynasties of Guangdong and Guangxi,which provide rich archaeological materials for the study of the shape and characteristics of tombs in the Six Dynasties of Guangdong and Guangxi,and for the development of agriculture,economy and society.Through the typological analysis of the forms and funerary objects of the tombs of the Six Dynasties in Guangdong and Guangxi,and the analysis of cultural factors,this paper analyzes the funerary customs,agricultural development and the eastward spread of the focus of the maritime Silk Road.The text is divided into five parts:Introduction.It mainly explains the purpose and significance of the topic,summarizes the previous research trends of tombs and funerary objects in Guangdong,Guangxi and the Six Dynasties of China,defines the time and space boundary of the research object,explains the key and difficult points,and introduces the research ideas and methods.The first chapter mainly introduces the discovery of tombs of Six Dynasties in Guangdong and Guangxi,and summarizes their distribution and characteristics.The second chapter makes a typological analysis of the shapes and forms of the tombs of the Six Dynasties in Guangdong and Guangxi.First,according to the building materials,the tombs are divided into earth pit tombs,stone chamber tombs,brick and soil mixed tombs and brick chamber tombs.According to the plane shape of the tomb,it mainly classifies the brick chamber tomb into six types: convex type,rectangle type,middle type,knife type,armour type and zigzag type.Each type can be divided into sub types and types according to whether there are chambers and side chambers.Finally,the characteristics of various forms are summarized.In the third chapter,the funerary objects unearthed in the tombs of Guangdong,Guangdong and the Six Dynasties are divided into four categories: ceramic,metal,jade and lacquer wood.Finally,it summarizes the combination and evolutioncharacteristics of funerary objects.The fourth chapter is mainly through the comparison with the chronological tombs in Guangdong and Guangxi,which is divided into four periods: the Three Kingdoms-the middle Western Jin,the late Western Jin-the Middle Eastern Jin,the late Eastern Jin-the early southern and the late Southern Dynasties.According to the differences of the shapes and objects of the tombs of the Six Dynasties in each geographical region,it can be divided into four regions: the northeast of Guangxi,the northeast of Guangdong,the region of Guangdong and Guangxi,and the south of Guangxi.It also describes the differences of the shapes and objects of the tombs in each region.The fifth chapter mainly analyzes the cultural features of the tombs,and discusses the economic development,the eastward shift of sea trade center,and the burial customs reflected in the tombs of Guangdong,Guangdong and six dynasties.Through the analysis of some funerary objects and historical documents,it is indicated that the agriculture of Guangdong and Guangxi in the Six Dynasties was greatly developed,the grain production was increased,there were "Pearl households" that did not affect the agricultural production,and the degree of private ownership of land was higher.The handicraft industry has developed vigorously,the production technology of ceramic ware has been improved,and the firing technology is similar to that of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,but the tire quality is slightly poor;the copper iron smelting and casting industry has made great progress,the cotton cloth production is widespread,even directly used as currency,the silver mining industry has a large scale of production,with specialized silver production.The burial materials reflect the gradual eastward shift of the focus of the maritime Silk Road in Lingnan area during this period,which is mainly reflected in the decline of Hepu port and the rise of Guangzhou port.The main reasons are the eastward shift of political center,the development of navigation technology and the eastward shift of Lingnan transportation route.There are quite obvious differences in the level and thick burials in the burials of the Six Dynasties.The conclusion summarizes the main contents and problems of this paper.
